I picked up Cleveland in every fantasy league this week simply because of their DL vs that Raider OL.

I should have bet the game tbh. Kinda called it last Monday and never played it.

Durr durr durr.

SF coming into town next week off a MNF game. Remember last year's game? Start of Jake Moodys demise.
 
I've been saying it for a few weeks now and it's more apparent every week that goes by...

Detroit's OL has regressed these past two years, but significantly this year. Being in the 2023 line and this is a top 3 team in the NFL. Now? A playoff berth is possible but they won't win more than a game...

Too many matchup problems.

Thread coming tomorrow, maybe? But I have a BIG lookahead bet that I'm going to maybe find a line on here this week.

I saw the deleted Nabers tweet and I get it.

Watching the game, I did say the NYG should go for it on 4th n goal.

Why?

They are 2-9. Either put Detroit away at 34-24 or maybe lose and work on that draft pick.

Obviously earlier in the season or with playoffs still in sight you kick the FG and play D up 6.
 
So, Philly scores a TD to go up 21-0 with 11:32 left in the hair.

The rest of the half, they ran 4 plays for -1 yard.

3rd quarter - 12 plays for 28 yards

4th quarter - Missed FG and a Fumble in Dallas territory. Then a 17 yard drive that led to a punt and the GW drive.

Dallas controlling the ball most of the 2nd and 3rd quarters effectivity flipped the game.

Weird game.

So, I took Philly TT over 25 pregame. You know how I feel about the Dallas defense. Nothing about Monday night changed my mind. Look at the opponent.

They looked terrible early.

Credit though, they played solid those last 35+ mins.

I did try a middle at 27.5 and that was in play if they make the FG.

Glad I hedged.

BIG one this Thursday.

The only thing that kept me from betting on Cleveland is the suspicion that I have had for a few weeks that they are in full tank mode.
 
If the Giants didn't have a QB I would be convinced that they are blowing these games at the end on purpose.
 
I feel bad for JJ who clearly isn't an NFL QB but he's a good guy who is losing his team games every time he plays and he knows it. He must feel terrible letting down his teammates but it wasn't his decision to let Darnold and Daniel Jones go in favor of starting him.
 
If Tennessee ends up with the number one pick do they trade it away or do they pick a QB and move on from Cam after only one year. I know what I would do but then again I wouldn't have drafted him in the first place.
 
Have the Saints released Blake Grupe yet?
If that is what Kellen Moore calls for a game he needs to give it up. I don’t give a fuck what players ya got on the team.
 
Raiders are hot garbage. Though I do like over 41.5 vs Chargers coming up.Especially if they bench Geno. Look, does the OL suck? Yes. But Geno is slow and can't make plays.

Few things here...

1. Darnold, like Goff, needs a good OL. That was slowly failing him late last year. I don't think Darnold was a wise investment for Minny unless they committed to that OL.

2. No matter if JJ plays many more years or one more, the wild part to me is they have decided to change all his mechanics and have him starting. This sounds like it should have started earlier? Maybe what I have read is incorrect but this isn't the way.

3. I said 2 months ago I don't think either QB finishes the season and I stick to that. Not a lot of help along that line.

4. Danny Dimes likely wasn't the answer as is.

Darnold having that amazing first 3 months last year really complicated things. Maybe they do re-sign him if not for the Detroit Week 18 and LA Rams WC game. That showed the warts, big time.... Which we saw a bit of two games ago (Sea @ LAR).

That OL is hot trash.

So, no matter the QB, how do you generate consistent offense?
