I know a few guys were quite high on them when they started fast.

Remember I mentioned that they and Chicago had the two easiest schedules entering their matchup.

Now, I like seeing them do well and think they can still sneak in playoffs -- but the NFC Champ Game talk was quite premature.

I was shitting on their defense early -- that's improved -- but conversely the offense is sputtering

That includes the Gibbs 70+ yard TD run.

I didn't learn this from watching any games but the Jets have hired idiots Rick Spielman and Mike Tannenbaum to help find the next GM and coach and the early rumor is some woman for the GM job. Its probably too late to jump on the Lions bandwagon as I don't want to be considered a frontrunner but if the Jets actually hire a woman as the GM I'm out and will need a new team to root for unless I just give up on the NFL and adopt a CFL team.

Everyone loves to bang on eagles coach but I’ll say at least this much for him, other than lions who have a amazing oline and running backs eagles the only team in league I’m confident will score a td from inside the 1 yard line! Is there something ultra special about Jalen hurts that makes the tush push work? No offense to him I like hurts but god damn you telling me no other teams can figure that out? Yesterday we have the raiders with dog shit Ridder in a qb at end the game in shotgun from 3 inches out! You telling me you couldn’t put the scrub under center and have a couple big boys in backfield push him into the endzone? How hard is that?? I mean I prob wouldn’t do it with a franchise qb real often but Desmond Ridder? I don’t care if he gets folded in half from every direction I bet they actually score the td and fucjing cover like the they were supposed to! Started in college game now the nfl, I just can’t take watching these clown ass teams going shotgun from inside the 1!! Philly coach way ahead the game when it comes to this, I think it so easy it shouldn’t even be legal but it is so why don’t any these morons do it??
 
Seattle defense now that they healthy is freaking legit. They totally shut down an Arizona run game that was 1st in nfl in explosive runs coming into the week I believe.

Why don’t they just hire Rex Ryan? He actually wants the job, I can’t imagine anyone else wanting any part that shit show, if I’m good enough to be desired there no chance I even interview for that shitbag franchise.

But hey it’s gotta feel good somehow giants have turned into a bigger joke than ya’ll!

Houston has serious oline problems and for several years titans have had a very good front 4. I bet titans but didht watch much the game, far as I could tell from highlights Levis didn’t do any his “worst plays of the week” things he generally does, and he was under a bunch of pressure as well.

I still don’t trust Levis but he def has been better about not make the most god awful plays I’ve ever seen! That’s a plus. He doesn’t lack talent im just not sure he has the mental compacity to be a franchise qb.
 
While I like Caleb Williams and changing OC’s clearly helped him but damn this kid holds the ball way too long at times. Thst play he got sacked in overtime was inexcusable, he had to have been back there 10 seconds! You gotta get rid the ball kid!

I don't care if Barney the Purple Dinosaur is GM...whoever it is can't be any worse than the last grouping of crackhead GMs this garbage franchise has brought in.

And as far as the HC goes...anybody but Rex. ANYBODY

Vrabel would be an unreal hire, but he's too smart to go to such a poverty franchise.

So you would be ok with a woman who has no scouting background and is just a cap specialist. Sorry but that is completely unacceptable. As for Vrabel absolutely no to him or any other defensive coaches.

The Jets haven't had a good offense since 1998 and that means saying no to every defensive minded coach. The one exception would be John Harbaugh if we could get him for our first round pick but thats a pipedream.

By the way if you like Vrabel you are watching his offense since his OC in Tennessee Todd Downing is calling the plays and his line coach Keith Carter is doing his usual trash job. I want an offensive minded head coach for once and the dream scenario is Ray Agnew and Ben Johnson. Agnew already has ties to the Jets since his son is a Jets scout so I can actually see that one happening.
 
Woody has owned the Jets for 25 years and he still needs people to tell him who to hire. Dawn Aponte is a female Tannenbaum, she's nothing more than a cap specialist like her idiot friend who couldn't draft any talent once Mangini was no longer making the picks.

You've got guys like Ray Agnew from winning organizations who have scouting backgrounds and I have to hear about Woody paying Tannenbaum and Spielman possibly millions to potentially recommend a female accountant to be the next GM. A quick internet search can give you a solid 5-10 names to interview without having to waste money getting recommendations from a loser like Tannenbaum.

I think you could and have done way worse than Rex. Not saying he great but he would at least give them an identity and shift the power structure to who’s in control.

Rex won with a ready built roster all drafted by Mangini who never gets the credit he deserves. Once that roster got old Rex couldn't win anything and was also a disaster in his short time with Buffalo.

This organization hasn’t developed a quarterback in 50 years. I don’t see any reason that would ever change. Ben Johnson coming here is laughable, as no smart coach would ever want to deal with this psychopath owner.

I could care less about whether it’s a woman or man or fuckn sheep that’s the GM.

The names I’ve seen floated around are Mangini and Rex. And being the total dumbfuck that Woody is…of course he’d try to bring back a coach he fired with a losing career record with the franchise.

And Vrabel won with Ryan F’in Tannehill as his QB…if nothing else, he gets the absolute most out of his players, and I’ll take that any damn day

They haven't developed a QB because they have never had a coach that understood offense and that has to change this time around. While I agree that Ben Johnson is extremely unlikely maybe Agnew could convince him and if not let him hire another young OC as head coach.

You say you are fine with hiring a woman as GM but would you hire one who is a cap specialist and has no scouting experience because thats a complete no for me. We've already seen GMs with no scouting on their resume in Tannenbaum and Idzik are both were disasters. Why Tannenbaum is even part of this process is beyond me.

Bottom line is this team needs a GM with a strong scouting background from a winning organization and its why I am pushing for someone like Agnew and not some loser cap specialist who worked under Tannenbaum with Miami which was a big failure.
 
Vrabel is going back to New England after the season when they fire Mayo who had no business getting the job.
 
You watch the Harbaugh brothers square off and you see what real professionalism is. The job John does every year in Baltimore doesn't get talked about enough and Jim has already turned around what was a joke of an organization. Meanwhile my team has losers like Rex Ryan and Eric Mangini begging for the job and Rex may very well get it.

CJ Stroud has happy feet and has hit a wall. Once it happens it’s hard to rebound from. Young will be a better QB when it’s all said and done.
