Week 10 Discussion Thread

Wake jumps out right away. I’ll take that defense and more than a TD vs a struggling FSU squad all day.

Stanford is 3-0 at home but the Pitt O is humming right now. Maybe Pitt TT over
 
I’ll take PSU catching almost 3 TDs as well. OSU has played a pretty easy schedule. The wins vs Wash and Tex were not easy. I expect them to win but this is too many points.
 
Pitt is kind of an offensive juggernaut right now. Tricky spot here maybe? Bye next week, then Notre Dame.
 
Definitely tricky - and Stanford has been better at home - but Pitt is undefeated since the QB change and they know there is no room for error after blowing leads to Louisville and West Virginia earlier in the season.

Problem with Wake is coming off the upset where I had them but still don't know how they won. And yes I watched that complete mess. Pass defense is indeed good but they looked great against the Ponies who look like a hot mess. Wake offense is simply not good. FSU QB I think can run wild on them.

The QB for WF is awful. I know SMU had/has a decent D but he struggles to complete forward passes.
SMU also looked like they didn’t get off the bus, that game had the biggest pump fake line move, etc

Mentioned it to Mars in my thread but that line last week opened at 6.5 then moved to 3.5 for most of the week. The little move across 4 is a bit of a thing but moving across 5 to 5.5 is usually nothing, not a big move to cross 5. Only real way 5 is a factor is a team missing a 2 pt conversion late trying to get the score down to 3 so that move wasn't alarming. I just don't know if Wake can hold FSU to under 20 which they likely will need to do to win and/or cover
 
Neither WF QB is very good but the SMU game was a bit flukey. There were 8 combined turnovers and the game just morphed into a defensive struggle. Remove the Bama game and the Seminoles haven’t defeated a power 5 opponent by this many points in two seasons. I’ll pay to see it.
 
I'll get the Big Ten thread up in the morning but just a note..

Looks like Justice Haynes has a new injury.

I doubt he plays.
 
L7 seasons syracuse night games (6pm or later) 19-8 to the under 11-1 to the under at home

home over was w3 v colgate +36.5 cuse won 66-24
