It's finally here , or what sort of looks like college football is here😀. While it's not the same game I lost sleep over every Friday night in anticipation of football Saturday, it's still ball.
Sorry I'm almost 50 , hard for an old dog to have the same excitement for CAL in the ACC, USC in the BIG 10 etc😱....

Well at least my favorite conference is relatively the same other than the transfer portal craziness 🙃🙃🙃🤣🤣. MACTION 🏈

Yes Brother , we've had season tickets since they joined the MAC .....

2018...Ahhh that was a fantastic season zour BULLS had 2 NFL WR's in KJ Osborn and Charlie Jones. Jarret Patterson was running wild ..Tyree Jackson was a really fun QB ..

We hammered Kent St that game of I remember correctly ...The day before sucked for the kids and I as we were stuck in the south towns without power during a snow storm ..
meanwhile North where you were the temp was like 60 degrees on game day lol ..( typical WNY weather 🤣🤣)

Unfortunately we Buffaloed the Mac championship, CHOKING a big lead losing 29-30 to NIU ...🙃🙃🤬🤬🤬
 
@DOUBLEUP4LIFE Yes, that's right, we had some very very high winds, my wife and I walked backwards leaving the game because we were going into the wind. Got wings at Anchor Bar downtown of course, but I picked up some takeout wings somewhere else, can't remember but I think they were actually better. Both were good. It was another small regional chain place. I thought about going to the Bills preseason game this year to see a game in the current stadium for last game, but we didn't make it.

Crazy wind that night after warm temps early in the day ...

Anchor bar is a must , although it's kind of fell off since you were here. They've expanded to several franchise locations spread around WNY , most of them simply don't have the same quality as the original location ..Prices have skyrocketed at the tourist Wing and. Buffalo pizza spots ...

Next time you're in town I'll give you some top shelf mom and pop wing and pizza joints ...

You're not missing much at the old stadium , the bathrooms are facking gross( too small ) , had some drunk a hole almost piss all over my hands at a sink last season ...Way too many youngins who can't handle 3 seltzers , then start acting like tazmaainian devils ..lol

Cyclones had some very nice play designs, also used the backs much better in the 2nd half ..

Dubs, you've gotta be happy with Lembo. They are going to be good this year IMO, and they are bringing in some solid talent it appears. I was perusing recruiting rankings by state and I noticed that Buffalo is all over the kids ranked from about 15-30 in Ohio. Might not seem like a big deal, but the talent in Ohio is strong and definitely deep enough to where kids ranked in that area are extremely solid players. It's a great state to have momentum in.

He's an excellent recruiter , and an even better guy. ...
That's a huge deal ,creating a pipeline in Ohio has never been done here. Lembo recruited his ass off at BALL st , amazing what he's been able to do here already. Was in awe of his in game adjustments last season, team never quits even when it all fell apart at times...

Unfortunately WNY simply does not support UB football. You'll find more people at high school game, pisses me off considering alums are walking around outside the stadium giving away tickets for hours before kickoff ... Parking is free and people still bitch and moan about the brief walk to the stadium.
We might have the weakest student section in D1. 99% of them are staring into their phones , also taking selfies...So many of the kids leave at halftime ...
Maybe this season's attendance will see an uptick 🤔🤔🤔🤔 FINALLY
