hicks ov 15.5 outs. just gonna keep rocking with him till they push his numbers up. nats mostly a contact team, he should get plenty of quick outs w guys hitting his sinker into the ground early and often. i like him to cruise thru 6 without much issue.

i don't play many unders but man cease is even money to stay under 17.5 outs? this dude hasn't exactly ever proven to be super efficient, last year i believe he only completed 6 innings in 13 of his 33 starts! cubs swinging the bats well and just as importantly they have taken more walks from rhp's than any team in the league so far this year, cease will def walk some guys if you let him. This feels more like a number based off name than it is facts, cause fact is cease hasn't proven to be a guy deserving of this and he facing a team that shouldn't have any problem getting his pitch count up quickly.
