I know pirates are awful but man that a Hefty price to pay for castilla after the way he looked in the opener! Have ya’ll seen cards offense since that game? He had to been awful for us to score that many runs!! Doubt we have scored the amount we plated off him in the next 4 games combined!
 
Damn, I just realized like everything day games 2marro, wtf up with that? I’m all for a few days games but almost the entire card too excessive. I might take day off, I dunno. Think I’ll take a power nap and set my alarm to wake up in 2-3 hours and dig into card.

Yep, i've been on a few of them. Similar to Bama 1Hs in the fall, worth a look every time out until they prove otherwise. Gonna ride with you on Cards/Fish FF under again, won yesterday (though 3rd inning was a sweat) and was looking good til the 5th on Monday. BOL today Banker!

Yea I saw that and kuhl is one of their better pitchers. I’m tempted to take pirates + odds are they have to win a game at some point. Also *refers to sports betting topic pinned about name starting pitchers and betting against them and winning* lol.
At the same point the pirates offense has really been putrid so it most likely is not a good game to bet IMO.
 
I didn’t see much in way of dogs I felt real strongly about today so thought I try something different. Maybe mixing things up can keep the hot streak alive! Lol.

we see how it goes, hate that practically everything is day games today and 2marro! I like for there to be a few, not the whole card!

I thought there were a lot of passes today. I did do a reds/jays ml parlay tho. Just kinda being a degen since I never swallow that much chalk, hence the parlay but still prob not a good idea. I didn’t like Kuhl numbers vs reds and they super hot right now. Just wernt many dogs I felt good about today, inevitably some will cash but I can’t figure out which? Lol. I kinda leaned seattle and San Fran but didn’t pull trigger on either.
 
So Braves/nats playing a double dip today? Anyone know if they playing full 9 innings or are they keeping the 7 innings deal on Double headers? Nevermind, just saw total of game 1, that has to be a 7 inning game. Lol.

it crazy they kept so many changes but not the DH in national league!! Has anyone else noticed these new balls don’t seem to fly as far? I have def seen a handful of hits I thought were gone off the bat and they died at warning track!

They intentionally decompressed the balls slightly this year, think it was announced a couple months ago

And thankfully no DH in the NL, only strategy I really enjoy in the sport anymore

yea I heard them talk about the balls I just didn’t know to what extent it would effect things? Def seems like it taking a few feet off the flight.

I’m torn bout dh, I used to be totally against it but now that we had it for a “season” I kinda miss it. Pretty annoying when bases juiced 2 outs and pitcher comes up to bat! I do like the added strategy with pitchers batting tho. As I said, I’m torn. Lol. Either way better enjoy it while you can cause Im positive after they agree on new collective bargaining the NL will have dh, pretty much a lock.

Im fine with whatever they decide on DH. What I’m pissed off about that is also 100% inevitable the expanded playoffs! That is incredibly stupid! I was fine with it for last year cause it was a goofy season, problem was I knew once that was on the table the owners wouldn’t put it back! After 162 games there absolutely no need for expended playoffs, that more than enough games to see who has earned spots! Watering it down like nba a terrible idea.

Massive difference between the two leagues though because the lineups are guaranteed to not be the same every day unlike NBA and the one with the ball in his hands the most will change game to game. So much more unpredictable.
 
I was surprised the total at wrigley was 9, even with the wind blowing out that a high total for these 2 pitchers! Could have taken Ff u5 but preferred the u4.5 without any juice.

I was just saying I hate how nba let’s pretty much everyone in the playoffs, a big reason why I don’t follow the regular season. Baseball making a huge mistake doing the same thing.

the Ff under in Miami yesterday was a adventure to say the least! In all honesty not sure we deserved to cash it? Fish had runners all over the bases pretty much every inning and just couldn’t cash them! At least twice thru 5 they had man on 3rd w less than 2 outs and couldn’t even bring him home!

Hoping it not as stressful today! lol. The beauty of these is not only are both lineups lacking but that is a total pitchers park, just looks huge. There were several balls that got creamed off bats and just died out there in outfield! Big park, new balls that don’t travel as far, suspect lineups, and a couple solid pitchers today. Gotta play it! Let’s hope flaherty struggles and velo drop was due to having problems gripping the ball in cold ass cincy (encouraging to me that Castillo was awful as well, makes me think it was the weather!).
 
This probably be the game the fish win since this 1st game they dogs! That been the MO to start the season all over baseball! Too many examples to even list.
 
Think I would take either team in the milw/Cubs game if they turned into plus money! So far it been lingering around both of them -105, no interest for me there. Anything more than +105 on either be worth a play imo.
 
Isn’t Peterson a really well thought of prospect for the muts? That line has gotten out of hand. I like Phillies but no way at that price. So far Phillies haven’t hit lefties this year, only 43 AB’s they have a collective .629 ops, 3 doubles, no hrs. That said it too small a sample and they had a .815 ops vs lhp last year. Lineup looks like one you would expect hits lefties. Far too expensive tho. Mets have a really deep lineup 1-8, not many nl teams have a better one imo.
 
Seattle been the worst hitting team against lhp going back to last season where they only hit .190 with a .609 ops! They clearly havnt done much to fix that as they hitting .083 in 36 ab’s vs them to start this season (.424 ops). Keuchel couldn’t have really asked for a better opponent to right the ship.

no clue about Dunn for seattle? He walks way way way too many ppl to have a job really, and it didn’t get any better this spring where he walked 9 in 11 innings! He did strike out 15 and did sport some high k numbers in the minors but im not even sure why? Doesn’t look like he has any spectacular pitch, his fastball is a ho hum low 90s. The only remotely interesting thing about him is he did have a lot of success when pitching at this park and he does seem to be much better in the day time! I dunno if those small sample blips or what? Good news for him this will in fact be a day start and it will be in Seattle. In 6 games at Seattle he holding hitters to a .614 ops with a 2-1 record and 3.05 era in 6 starts! He been even better in the day! In 7 day starts he 3-0 with a 2.48 era while holding hitters to a .585 ops!! I sure the hell can’t explain it but he seems to be a guy who likes daytime and his home park!!

this makes me lean ff under but I don’t know if we can really trust those numbers by Dunn? Really want to find some dogs to play but I just can’t justify it here as chisox probably gonna sweep this series.

mAn I just keep kicking myself for even trying to play favs of this size. You wouldn’t think I’d suck at it, odds suggest I shouldn’t be worse! Lol. I was afraid Gibson have a bounce back off getting blown up last time but sure thought Jays could get a few!!
 
Looks like some nasty shadows in texas, gonna make it tough. Top Jays lineup up so this their chance.

decided wasn’t worth driving back up to casino to play this. My brother controls online account and I just give him plays, all straight none my parlays! Lol. I told him half bet on this but he said I didn’t sound confident enough! Lmao

hitter before flailed at some shit 2 feet out the zone. IM all for swinging 3-0 if you the man and you get your pitch, he got his pitch but didn’t think the location was right, he shoulda took that.

such a bummer Ryu lost that game, even worse cause the second run he gave up he broke dudes bat and turns into a damn bloop single rbi. Im so bad trying to pick favs, maybe that why I don’t bet them hardly ever! Odds suggest I outta be able to hit them at a higher clip than totals and dogs but rarely is the case. Lol. Really have high hopes for Jays, didn’t expect them to lose series to rangers, didn’t expect their bats to be silenced by a rangers staff that the royals blew up!
