Lost like $160 again yesterday. I'll get records updated when I wake up but haven't slept yet. I really like the card today. I'm going to make a push and if I don't come up successful then I'm going to take a few days off.
Plays
$200 Marlins/Braves Over 9.5
$150 Braves -120
Olsen has horrible numbers against the Braves and I expect that trend to continue. Looking for relievers, especially Florida's to be a bit overused. Thinking that Braves will get off to an early lead and hold it in a 7-5 type victory.
$250 Cubs/Brewers Over 8.5
This match up leads to a lot of overs the last few years. Who knows what way Zambrano will come out in this game, but I don't expect it to be his shutdown mode. Normally when he tries harder is when he seems to blow up. Cubs bullpen has been unreliable, and Suppan has struggled his last few times out. Regardless who wins this game, both teams have players who will hit a few meaningless home runs late.
$160 Phillies +155
Basing this value play on Eaton and Hernandez past history against the opposing teams. Eaton has been outstanding, while Hernandez has really struggled. Phillies hit right handers pretty damn well too.
- I'll probably hit Cincy later in the day.
$250 Diamandbacks RL +140
In Webb I trust
$360 Angels RL +125
I consider this huge value with how much better the Angels offense is and the experience factor in pitchers.
$200 Balt/Sea under 9
$100 Baltimore +125
Cabrera has put up excellent career number against the Mariners and Washburn's are nothing to sneeze at either. Don't really have a justifiable reason to player the Orioles, except that I like them. Actually based on Baltimore's play on the road this season and Seattle's superior bullpen, Seattle should be the smart play... ah well.
- I really want to hit the Devil Rays, but it's kind of hard to put money on a team that collapsed like they did on Tuesday night. Kazmir has good numbers against the Blue Jays, but the Rays are only 2-8 in his starts against them.
$200 Yankees -135
In Wang I trust, lol...
- I'll probably hit Detroit and Boston pretty hard ($200 range) but I haven't had time to fully cap them yet and I've got to get to sleep.
