I'm interested in the Hou/Dal game tomorrow. Saw Hou -1.5 at one spot, and that interests me. If Dallas avoids losing 3 straight by beating Memphis tonight, I think Hou get's them tomorrow. Will be Dallas's 5th game in 8 days, off 3 physical games in Chi, N.O., and Memphis, not to mention their 3rd straight division game, and the kickoff of 4 games in 5 nights with 3 straight on the road.

For the first time in a while, I like the spot for Dallas tonight. Dallas lost its first game vs. Houston this year in a fluky situation. Mavs had beaten Sixers by 53 points nine days before playing Houston and beat the Lakers by 34 the night before playing Houston. Meanwhile, Houston had lost to the Lakers in their previous game (3 days before playing Dallas) and had beaten the Sixers by just one point the night after Dallas beat the Sixers by 53. Houston was also missing Dwight Howard against Dallas.

I think the Mavs realize they took Houston lightly last time and will be highly focused tonight.

Houston looks solid tonight but a lot will depend on Howard who is a game time decision. They may also get a surprise with Terrence Jones who went through a full practice. Houston coming off 2 days rest after a 3 game west trip and also besides the Laker game have been lighting it up. This to me looks like last night's Memphis game but this time the Mav's play a back to back and again playing a winning team that can score and IMO at this time Dallas doesn't have an answer for. Would be a nice game for Houston to win before heading on the road again for a couple. The Mav's and Dirk really looked tired last night. They're avg 98 points a game the last 3 and a back to back at Houston is going to be tough to improve on that. They do have Miami, Orlando and Minn after this so it does get a little easier. Market disagrees and that's fine maybe a 3 will show but I'd much rather have Howard show up.

So far the best plays seem to be NO and Hornets. Have locked in both still looking at a lot of things will be back later with write ups.

Lets just get the Hornet game out of the way. Hornets have lost 8 straight to the Spurs and are getting 13, Lakers beat the Spurs at Spurs and they forced themselves to beat them by 14. Spurs at home on Wednesday this season are 4-1 SU and 1-4 ATS Spurs this year on 2 days rest are 2-5 ATS Pounding the Rock estimates a 9 point win and knows all about Hornet injuries. The next game the Spurs face is the Clippers. They DO NOT LIKE THE CLIPPERS. Who can blame them The last 4 times they have faced them they are 4-0 SU and ATS and beating them is a serious priority. They are looking at a fairly tough 6 game road trip coming up in 5 games featuring GS and the Clippers among others. Hornets are just not something they care about in any way and after this game the Hornets have 2 days off so even they will probably give some effort. Fairly strong play.

NO 8-3 ATS last 11 as a home fav 8 or less Last 10 in this series the home team is 10-0 ATS 6-4 Denver Last 2 losses by NO were by 20 and 30 At home they have recently beaten Dallas snapping a 9 game losing streak. Memphis snapping a 2 game losing streak and Philadelphia a 1 game losing streak. And here of course they are looking at a 2 game losing streak, At home they are15-5 SU last 20 and 14-6 ATS. To make the playoff they have to catch the Suns and maintain vs OKC They have covered the last 12 games they have won Pretty good day of week. Lousy refs and Killersports has a negative 0-11 trend that goes back to 2010 but I am going with what seems logical to me.
