Wednesday’s NBA Plays...

Record goes here.

0-1 last night.

Utah Jazz at Washington Wizards

The play...

Wizards -7 (3 units)

37-34-2 (-1)

Need to pull my finger out my ass and string some wins together. Floating around the median line.

Has been a funny season, heap of player turnover in the off-season translates to an iffy start.

Lot of guess work, relying totally on situations that have worked in the past.

The 3-point attempt and basically 'junk shot' is altering things, league so immersed in outscoring as opposed to defending.

Miss the early 2000's more now than ever.

Post All-Star things should be right with all the numbers, metrics etc in line.

Play tonight is an 'uber-revenge' moment.

Wiz kids got annihilated the last time they played the Jizz this season losing 69-116, that's a 47 point ass kicking.

The John Wall's coming off a loss and well-rested should have them focused.

If they can't beat one of the worst Jizz teams of the past 10 years by double-digits at the very least given the spot and motivation then they can go wreck themselves.

Leaning Rockets quite strong but this team kills me regularly.

Thanks Bot.

Spread seems a little low on the surface given the Jazz recent woes.

Have it lined at Wiz -5.5, not taking into account injuries.

History and the Wiz form as faves would have it lined as fair.

Time to find out, I guess.

Plagued by turnovers, go figure. Wiz back to flaky again, Scotty Brooks ftw.

Epke Udoh also looking like pre-diabetes Shaq out there.

Honestly don't understand the psyche of this Wiz team in this spot.

Rested and off a loss with no look-ahead and they drop 20+ turnovers leading to 20+ more shot attempts for the Jizz and there's your difference.

Last 14 teams avenging a 30+ point loss as a home fave are 14-0 (12-1-1 ATS) winning by an average of 12.8 points.

Last 8 seasons teams in this spot are 26-12-1 ATS.

At least Scotty Brooks is consistent at getting the worst out of his players.

Turn it over on the final possession to try and force OT, fitting.

Wiz finish with 23 turnovers.

'Best backcourt in the NBA' finish with a combined 13 turnovers.

League special this time of year.

Guess the spread was low which felt a little scary.

Got some work to do.
