Wazzou, Ore State Sue ex-Pac 12 Schools for Control of Congress

I'd love to try this case for Wash St and Ore State. I think they have a good case even if the bylaws are unclear, but if the state what the schools say they do they are in great shape. I'm sure they put a lot of thought into which jurisdiction was best for them and into trying to get the judge in that jurisdiction most favorable to their claims. but I can see where they may run into a jurisdiction issue.

Oregon St and Wash St won the TRO they were seeking. The judge restrained the other conference schools from holding a meeting. The order is temporary till a formal hearing on the merits can be held, but for now the other schools can't even hold a meeting, let alone make decisions about the conference.
