This was the BIGGEST joke game of the day. It's games like these that so many American fans don't like the game of soccer... Did the US as a soccer nation get ANYTHING out of this other than a great aggregate?
This was men against boys...
CONCACAF has to do soemthing differnt it's a complete joke... Let these smaller nations play umongst each other in a knockout phase or something...

Barbados did play in ealy rounds to get to this stage vs the U.S. The U.S is given a bye to this round.
The CONCACAF is one of the largest regions in the world and the little guys fight it out in early rounds to get to these stages vs the big boys of the region Mexico and the U.S.
This is these teams chance to pull a shocker. Belize which didn't even have a field suitable for FIFA had to play its game here in Houston vs Mexico with an all Mexican crowd.
They actually played a close game and only lost 2-0. Belize is worse then Barbados.
Its no different then Portugal's first WC qualifying game after the Euro tournament vs Malta. Malta has won one game in 62 matches in WC qualifying and are going to get destroyed.

I hear ya my man... and don't get me wrong I love to see the little guys come out on top and win, but when I see these scorelines and thes BIG nations are fielding their top notch players...... . I don't even want to see the game..
I'm preety sure that this conversation has been brought up to FIFA and is something that's not going to be messed with because of the wide variety of nations in this beutifull game.

the way CONCAFAF does it is stupid, its setup so the same few countries make it to the end. Costa rica, USa, Mexico and some other schmuk. At least Euro WCQ makes a little bit more sense and they set it up on group stages, we do it just by a bracket dont we?

The same countries always make it out of Concacrap because its as phoney as it gets. [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]Teams get screwed from time to time, but Canada probably is the most consistently screwed team.
