this should read tuesday, but I have a couple circled that I'm lookin at and will try to psot writeups when lines come out. my PR lines are:

toronto -2
charlotte -4.5
miami -2.5 (expecting a little lower)
SA -5 (expecting a little higher)
portland -4
chicago -7 (expecting a little higher)
houston -3.5 (expecting a little higher)
LAL -9
LAC -3

im looking at memphis, chicago, houston, and new orleans

to those looking to pound SA. I know it'll be a big bet by many, but I'd really watch out. Yes- OKC has beaten them twice and it should get SA's attention, but this really isn't a great spot to take the spurs. I'm not betting OKC, but just to caution because I know how good SA will look 2m. Since the big 3 have come back, they've played:
13 pt home win vs Clips (so what?)
Loss at new orleans
loss vs OKC
squeak out a W at Indi
blowout to Cleveland

This should show that SA isn't quite themselves yet and are still trying to get into form. OKC is dangerous as a home dog and they'll be up for this one possibly consideirng SA their "rivals" now (similar to how Wash considers Cleveland their "rivals" just because they've beaten them). Giving medium chalk (I'm assuming) is dangerous with SA esp with their tendency to just do what is necessary to win. Would not be surprised by a 1-3 pt SA win and no cover. Also, if you want to play the revenge angle, do it the next day. SA does not need to prove anything to OKC- their record and history speaks for itself and OKC is no real threat. However, they do need to make a pt over Portland.
SA needs to watch themselves on the front end of b2bs because of their age and really choose the days the bring their max. home vs portland for standing reasons and as a potential 1st rd matchup is more important for SA. They also have more revenge from the absolute slaughter Portland handed them last time out, and the wednesday game is one i believe to even up the series.
I think this'll be a 75% wagerline consensus road chalk where the younger OKC plays incredibly hard all game to watch their effort not watch by the vets who do just enough to win in the end.
I can see the blankets threads now- 1st "GOY- SA will NOT lose 3 to OKC this season, off a loss..." 2nd "SAS are done! They no longer have it and are going nowhere this season" 3rd "GOY- Learned my lesson- Portland will own old ass SA on a b2b".... etc etc
I may be talking myself into an OKC bet..

would love thoughts on Philly/Charlotte
all I see are two teams that do not care much for the remainder of the season. After that eprformance today, Philly has shown us their determination for that 4/5 spot. Also, Charlotte fought hard, but their shots are gone now. I'm predicting they are done and will play like it. under?

Probably have a strong lean towards the Sixers. Last winnable game for them this year? Just don't see how Charlotte has any emotion left after the Detroit loss. Should be a pure fade for their last 5 games.

Sixers stand out. But they stood out Sunday too, so who knows. I don't think Char will be favored by that many though.

At Cleveland Orlando was getting 6.5. Houston very very good but not in the same class as Cleveland at home so make it 4.5 tops and could see it lower easily. This season getting 6 or less Orlando is 11-1 ats and 9-2 su. When they lost last trip at Cleveland they knew they would be able to face Cleveland at home in a few days and even the score. this is their only chance at Houston so with the ex Houston point guard have to assume it gets top priority. Lean Orlando as houston simply has not shown yet that they can win against top teams.
More interested in the over in Memphis than a side. Portland off a loss and starting a 4 in 5 will be playing with extreme motivation as will Memphis on a sweep and after the last game against Portland where they only scored 66 points in a 20 point loss. Portland 4-0 over after its last 4 ats losses while Memphis 4 straight overs.
Have no doubt Chicago wins as Knicks are just 4-16 su in first game of a b-b and are very conscious of home games with Detroit but are 6-5 ats in road games in first game of a b-b so would love to parlay Chicago ml if there was something reasonable.
Some interest in Toronto first half as Atlanta has been so hopeless in first half action on the road.
Minn will certain be gunning for the Clippers but hard to see much spread in the game.

For the Charlotte game I think the Over 185 is worth a consideration.

Can't see who's really going to win but I do expect Charlotte to say 'fuck it' when it comes to defense. And Philly's performance against NJ should help them to score/care.

The 2 lowest totals Philly has put up this season were 72 and 74, both in losses. In the next games they went over [72-88 -> 104-89] & [74-89 -> 115-106]. Both of those situations they lost like bitches on the Road and played the next high scoring game at Home. Unfortunately that doesn't apply here but I expect the 76ers to remember that they have to SCORE to win a game. Given the 2 days off a better performance is realistic.

Don't really think Bubcats should be -5 either but I'm not interested in ATS for this game.

Given that this total has moved to 184.5 at most books is good. It would be even nicer at 184.

i'm surprised about Charlotte laying 5 points, makes me think people are overreacting to Philly's bad loss on Sunday.

...like Miami, but the injuries worry me even though NO is one of the teams i really want to fade. I could see a SU win but a loss ATS for the Heat at that number unfortunately

...would lean ORL but i don't want them on the road, and ATL looks great to me but they've been in a funk while TOR has been playing well.
