well hell, NOT much scoring tonight so far in the early games with just TWO goals in the Cat @ Bugs game despite Barkov, Bjugstad, Ekblad, Huberdeau and Trocheck in the lineup for the Cats and Killorn. Kucherov, Palat and Stamkos for the Bugs SO pretty much a regular season lineup. Andrei "Alphabet" Vasilevski in goal for Bugs with James Reimer for Cats. 2-0 Lightning half way thru the 2nd period

MORE action in Chicago 2-1 Red Wings 8 minutes into 1st period. Jimmy Howard in goal for Detroit with Cam Ward for Blackhawks

well STILL just 2-0 Bugs end of 2nd period. Andrei "Alphabet" has only had to make 15 saves so far SO either the Bugs D very GOOD or the Cats O pretty BAD. hard to believe the latter with the Panthers having some of the most dynamic young skaters in the game

Oh DAMN!!! Cats came on in the 3rd with goals from "Blast" Ekblad, "Barky" Barkov and "Who's you Daddy?" Dadonov BUT 3-2 Panthers final JUST MISS

@ Chicago an EASY OVER 5-3 Red Wings late 2nd period AND the Sharks corking the Flames 4-1 end of 1st period. "center ice shinny" in Edmonton just 1-0 Oilers half way thru the 2nd. Canucks gonna SUCK yet AGAIN this season
