Went 3-1 on Monday, roughly 1.6 units to the good...for a decent beginning to the new week.

YTD: 78-50, +24.285 units...Parlays: 1-3, +.032 of a unit.

Back to a full card for Tuesday's games. Btw, looks like there could be SP changes for both TX and ATL tomorrow. But anyways, here are the few plays i made for Tuesday.

SF ML (-104) over NYM for 3/4 unit

Glavine against Cain. Hopefully the Giants didn't use up their run allotment for the series in that one inning today...and hopefully SF will give Cain a little support this time out. Besides his last outing...Cain has been one of the hottest SPs in baseball...just with nothing to show for it.

DET RL -1.5 over SEA (+105) for 3/4 unit

Ramirez against Bonderman. Tigers got hot, bottom line. And Ramirez (so far) has had a rude welcoming to the American League, especially in road games. Looks like a recipe for a good old fashioned ass whoopin' to me.

OAK/KC under 9 (-115) for 3/4 unit

Gaudin against De La Rosa. Neither team can hit much...and both SPs have been throwing real well. Gaudin's got some very good numbers, even on the road...and De La Rosa has been lights out at home, with an ERA under one.

CLE/LAA over 9 (-110) for 3/4 unit

Lee against Santana. When these 2 teams meet here in Anaheim, the game's go over the number. This is only the 2nd start for Lee this year. And i know full well how good Erwin throws at home...but he doesn't have any success pitching against the Tribe, home or away.

Think that's it for Tuesday. Didn't have the balls to play the BJs against Beckett, but i still am kinda leaning Philly's way out int he desert.

In any case, BOL today.

btw...is there any truth to the rumor that Zumaya hurt himself playing that guitar hero game?
if so, that is priceless in its lameness. but just curious, since he's going under the knife in a couple days.

Thats not a rumor. Its true. He admitted as much that his forearm soreness in the playoffs was due to playing Guitar Hero in the clubhouse. This recent tendon injury is a separate issue I believe though.

yanks...

Zumaya was hurt playing guitar hero last year..had some minor tendonitis and was out a few games in the playoffs.

THis year his most recent injury was from warming up in the bullpen..he heard a few pops in his finger after a few pitches and he couldn't move his hand after that. He ruptured tendons and is out for 3 months.

Love the detroit play, on it as well.

Not seeing any games with Santana at home vs Cleveland. What were the scores? GL

GL Yanks. like those plays man. I got scared off a little by the idians/angels over 9 because all the games santana has faced the indians were actually away. but a 15/16 era does speak for itself i suppose.
