Dallas might be looking ahead to tomorrow's game vs the Clippers but Im trying to avoid backing the pels until they are healthy. Jrue should play tonight and sit tomorrow
 
Not sure about the Dallas look ahead...if this was true I could see them resting Parsons & Matthews so they could give them extra burn tomorrow.

Have to think the Pelicans give max effort tonight but their defense is so bad the Mavericks will be in it till the end.
In their first matchup, which was Saturday, Dallas did shoot the lights out in the 4th quarter and run away with the game. It was 72-70 at the end of the 3rd and the Pelicans were on the second night of a back-to-back after taking Atlanta down to the wire on Friday.

I'm hoping the Pelicans get their first win of the year

Or at least until they show SOMETHING. Right now I'm not sure I could back them as a fave even against Philly.

No look ahead... teams from different conferences, that never had any rivalry. Both won on the road against each other. Utah trashed the Heat, but only after Heat won in Utah few days earlier...

Well have to say I started off Blazing and then that word kicked in "Variance" but it's still okay so far

I think OKC got the nod because Beal is questionable and if he's out, Washington is completely different. Feel that value is solely if Beal plays (Washington) or if he doesn't (OKC).

I like the Raptors tonight over the Knicks. Knicks to me are not a good team and the Raptors are a very solid home team IMO.

New Orleans is too good to be winless this long. AD has started coming around and Dallas is going to take it easy with not just the B2B but also the start of 4/5 they're on.

Took the over in Utah/Cleveland. So Utah, with their grind pace and their elite defense, still has a decent offense and has scored 89+ each night. I think they grind the Cavs out a touch but Cavs offense is so good that even something like 99-91 gets the over. Also, not sure Utah's physical defense will work against James/Love as I expect a few "star" calls and the FT will help push this over a fairly low total (187 last I saw) for a team of Cleveland's offense prowess.
 
Bucks wins have come vs. Nets, Nets, 76ers, and Knicks.

Celtics @ 2-3 could use this win.

Like them as a small road favorite.

And the Hornets should win. Minny flat @ home and will be tired after last night's win which was closer than it should have been.

Lean Pels, but it's just silly to guess at this point until things settle down with them.

Dallas is NOT looking ahead. They will grab any win and love it. Played Lakers. Have a number of leans. One of them is Over in Minn. Minn has won their last 5 home games on Tuesday in high scoring games and is playing in a triple revenge spot. Nothing strong see no real driving this is RIGHT anywhere.
 
Kobe out. Like the over in the Lakers game more, kids will speed it up. Also locked on OKC -6.5

Minny now 0-12 SU (3-9 ATS) last 12 games under ref Bill Kennedy.

Towns is legit, kid gonna be great.
