a guy I read once in a while is on the celts sixers under tomorrow....doesn't do totals very often but is pretty good with them

Knicks and Boston are going the opposite directions. Knicks can be a decent bet here.
Under in Portland looks good on paper, since Portland are an Under machine as favorites.
Kings can be a play tonight. I don't think they liked all the Klay Thompson festival on their backs.

Ugly few days.,
I need to wait for injury reports...

lean to celts over, hoping for a few guys to be out for both teams...
pistons ml
1h over t blazers

For all the thrend watchers including myself

Trend:
Play against Miami against the spread off an upset win as an underdog. The Heat are 1-12 (-12.2 units) over the last two seasons.

Miami pulled off an upset win over the Boston Celtics without Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng and here they are as an underdog again versus the Detroit Pistons. There is a caveat to this trend because it includes this season’s 0-10 ATS performance following an upset win. The Pistons are 13-7 over their last 20 after a disastrous 5-23 start and they are a four-point favorite here.

Market says otherwise but it's a starting point.

Major trends both ways in that game. You are absolutely correct about how bad Miami has been in this spot but Killer Sports has 2 strong trends. One supports Miami in a 26-2 road ATS trend and one is an 0-10 trend for Detroit

Favorites 1-9 ATS (4-6 SU) so far in February.

7-21-2 ATS (15-15 SU) since January 30th.

Celts over 1h 90 - large
I might be wrong on this, but usually I find when there's this big a discrepancy between the 1H line and the FT split (in this case 95), it usually means under. For your sake, hopefully I'm wrong.

You are probably correct ...

i like the the lineup the celts put out there, should be some more scoring...

On Sunday, the Nuggets practiced for 90 minutes. Then Shaw talked to his team, behind closed doors, for nearly another 30.

Afterward, with the doors open, Shaw talked to The Denver Post about tanking.

"I think it's hard to try to lose, try to tank, try to go out there with guys who are competing with you and not compete back," he said. " It's harder to do that than to just put forth the effort in the first place."

Shaw said he suspects his players may be trying to lose.

"It just looks like you almost have to try to lose as bad, and in the way we've been losing," he said. "At that point, something gives. The decision-makers at some point are going to make a decision. And everybody is going to have to live with it. Then it's out of our control.

"The only thing I can control is doing my job to the best of my ability. And that's what I expect them to do. Do I feel like that's always been the case? No. Do I share responsibility in that? Yeah."
