I get the feeling there was a falling out between Jones and McVay/Snead. There was mention Jones missed a lot of time since April because he wanted a new contract. Titans got the better end of this deal by a lot. Kind of the same scenario that happened with Cam Akers. A player crosses a certain line and McVay says, adios.
I love McVay but there’s no truth to when he says we’re a better football team. I’m sure the Rams will be making some noise in the trade department at some point.
