I'll post you a picture of me wearing my UTEP shirt Sunday should they win this week. For a first year head coach a home game vs a big rival has huge emphasis. Emphasis may not be enough though. Feels like the first game for NMSt D this year where they might actually be OK and have some advantages.

I know you are 'busy' this week but talk to me about PSU/Illinois a bit.

Well i think the penn state offense has not looked elite in two of the three games played (one in weather though). Just over 400 yards in regulation vs app state, and not a ton of yards on the road at pitt. And in the last two games they have gotten garbage time yards and pts. The 600plus yards vs kent state is not all that impressive to me when illini had almost 500 in a game against kent st inwhich they failed to execute for two quarters. Unlike Pitt. I think there is leas incentive to run it up will bologna pts and yds in the national tv game. I think illini WR injuries slows what would have been a different level of pace in the game a few weeks ago which would then warrant a total this high.
