I don’t like Houston lineup but they have a better overall ops than rangers and while good for degrom making it back and hopefully not getting injured again, he has been really good but isn’t quite the same dominance level of before the last injury imo. hunter brown is pitching at a incredibly high level, I think you could argue for either starter but Stros have the better pen and hitting marginally better so give me the plus money.

Well shit, looks like I shoulda maybe stuck with the Ff under in Texas which was my initial lean but that plus money on stros was too good to pass.
 
Rockies have Arizona, Philly, the Yankees, Cubs and then the Mets. The lines are going to be insane. Have to take some run lines there.

They got swept by the rangers last series didn’t they? The way chi Sox been playing around .500 last few weeks Rox have taken their place as the only team in league I can’t even bother capping.
 
Hunter brown is pitching way too good to take the loss cause 1 freaking pitch. Cmon Stros, you gotta get degrom out the freaking game.

Crazy they're only one pitch apart through 6 innings, 71/72 and both will hit their k numbers as well I assume
 
It will be super painful losing stros the way brown is pitching! No clue how he slipped up and let Burger go yard? Both pitchers been fantastic, I woulda said Brown looked better of the 2 until he gave up the bomb.

I honestly didn’t even look at the k props for some reason, was busy trying to decide between ff under or stros, I coulda played both I suppose but this was more looking for the one to put in my parlay with nhl. They don’t let ya use ff total and game ml in same parlay at BOL, I don’t think anyone did till draft kings came around letting ya do anything, the only problem w them is ya they let me parlay pretty much anything I wanted but they were happy to cut my limits to shit also and then boot me when I complained about it!
 
Well now i just lost the nhl leg my parlay anyways, fuck, capitals had so many chances to win this game and just couldn’t get it by that fuvking hurricanes goalie. Give up a weak ass goal in last fuvking minute. Unreal
 
Brown goes the entire game making one bad pitch and loses. Im so annoyed the Stros let Bregman walk and traded Tucker, why they decide after being the team in AL last 5+ years to simply throw in the towel and pretend they a small market team?!? I dunno if bregs be playing as well in Houston this year, I think they lit a fire under him letting him walk, then again he been a beast most his career so was a pretty good bet he would be productive like always. Tucker was still under contract, I have no clue what cubs traded them but I feel like he was more valuable just riding out the last year and taking the compensatory pick when dodgers sign him for 8 years and 400 mil but only paying him a dollar a year and deferring rest the money!! (Something bout that deferred payment shit they doing feels really fucking unfair! But I guess no more than banging on trash cans to steal pitches! Lol).
 
I don’t think Stros sold the team or lost the entire front office? Last year the biggest reason they had a down year (for them) was cause the offense went to shit when Tucker got hurt, so they think to themselves “hey let’s trade the guy who was the glue to a lineup that ran the Al”?!!! On the other hand it was just what year or 2 ago they were willing to take on all the money to have Hader as closer? That was a luxury to add him to an already very good pen, why do that if you gonna chop the legs out of your lineup? I know I been beating this to death I just don’t understand it. Not only is Tucker just a beast but bregs hitting in front of Yordan and Tucker protecting behind him is a big part of why Yordan been so good, don’t get me wrong Yordan is good regardless but teams had to pitch to him and now they don’t and it was obvious he wasn’t liking life without those guys before he got hurt, I doubt Yordan has ever had a 100 at bat stretch with a ops below .700 like he had before getting hurt this year, I thought he was on track to be back for this series but he probably watching this offense thinking “what’s the point in rushing back? I’m just gonna see a bunch of change ups, splitters, and whatever junk out of the zone”. There just no chance anyone gonna give him anything to hit when the outcome of a game in question! I’d fire the 1st manager who loses a game cause Yordan beats them late in a game when you can just pitch around him, decent chance he gets more and more frustrated and gets himself out, if he walks so what there no protection behind him.

The Rangers lineup quickly went from scary the WS year to way below avg the last 2 years but i don’t think that happened cause they refused to spend money, not really sure how rangers lineup got so ugly so fast? I think it was counting on young guys who started their careers very strong and now pitchers have film/books on those youngsters and have found the holes in their swings. Up to them to make the next adjustment but when you have several spots with kids like that it’s a risk and I assume they have a shitload of money tied up in starting pitching, plus they overpaid Semien by a lot, it was a good move for them at the time but now he has to feel drastically overpaid, it got them a ring tho and they hadn’t been the team to beat the last decade in AL like Stros. seager making a ton. So I don’t blame rangers as much for the offense falling off a cliff.

Last thought on Stros, you sold your fan base on the tanking approach and put them thru some awful baseball while still expecting support which I think you mostly got. So you were right, drafted all these guys who helped build the dominant team in the AL, the fans support them, so why would you rip it all down at least a year early? Again I have no clue what they got for Tucker? Maybe in 2 years I’ll sound like a moron and they will have 2-3 all star caliber players they got from this trade but I doubt it. The pick they woulda got when Tucker refused the offer sheet and signed with someone else could just as easily turned into another all star! I just think they still had enough to certainly win the Al west and maybe get back to another WS even if the starting pitching has lost the depth they used to have. Brown has turned into a legit ace, Framber might be losing a bit but he still a ok #2 or pretty great #3 in a rotation. The bullpen is still fantastic, they spend a lot of money on it im pretty sure. If bregs and tucker were on this team I have no problem saying they would still be the class of the Al west at the very least.
