Goodbye to Romance College Football
This to me this week is always the peak of college football season, the last full Saturday of action. The week before the Thanksgiving scheduling.
It's the last Friday night we wait with anticipation for a full slate of Saturday games like a kid on Christmas Eve. At least that is what I feel like. I like the Friday after Thanksgiving games, but it gives the week a different feel, it gives the Saturday games that follow it a different feel. You know it is the end. This week being the next to the last means more to me. Every game day after tomorrow will be a little less exciting and fun and meaningful until it dwindles down to nothing when there is just 1 game here or there.
