Why did Thiem celebrate after going up 6-5 as if he won? Then he gets rocked in the next game...I don't get it. Really rooting for the Austrian. Very tough battle and high-quality tennis either way though

Rafa definitely extended more energy yesterday, as he not only played the night match, but also went almost 5 hours of grinding tennis. Delpo did play during the heat, but agsinst Isner points were short so he should be fresher even tho match isn’t until Friday. Rafa beat him here last year when delpo was on fumes after his marathon with Thiem and Rafa took him out at Wimbledon in 5. To be honest it’s a 50/50 match. I’ll never question Rafas drive or will to win, especially over 5 sets tho
