Cowboys have agreed in a trade to acquire pacman,
it looks as if they'll be just giving up a 4th round draft pick.

It's not set in stone yet, but it's definitely going through.

so he'll be practicing with the team and going through minicamp and such in dallas, just needs to get reinstated

Nah, he can't. ESPN said that is probably the next step, then total reinstatement can happen. PacMan is looking right now just to be able to practice. The rest should come soon enough.
