Generally I am disciplined, have my process, and stick to it. Yesterday I chased like I've never chased before and went from -6u to -15u. I am transparent with my plays and you can easily see it unfold. Disappointed in yesterday and how it derails a positive season. Making large(r) plays on games I had no read or interest in across the night was awful. Will try to get my head straight for NFL.

Hang in there Bro......u can do it.....it happens to all of us.......I still do it from time to time....just gotta remind myself ( yourself ) that I ( you ) can’t win everyday or every week.....that’s the only way to stop the chasing IMO.....especially when the breaks are not going your way, it’s a sign that it’s not your day......still plenty of football left......

Good luck the rest of the season and into bowl season!!!!!!!
