The Truth Is Out There
1-0 (+2)
It's the first week so not gonna go stupid and 'over-bet', will try and pick my spots through Week 3, get a good feel and hopefully add to the bankroll going forward towards the business end.
Have eyed this one since they released the lines...
Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens
The play...
Ravens ML -120 (2.4 to win 2)
Sporadic thoughts again...
Balty ain't no slouch at home (39-9 SU under Harbaugh in the regular season) and the Bengals are verging on overrated after last season's heroics.
Like what the Blackbirds did in the off-season and have them reclaiming the AFC North. It starts right here.
The Red Rifle cannot be trusted on the road. Period. Still gobsmacked at that contract they threw at him.
Ravens have won their last nine home openers, with all nine victories by 7+ points (7-2 ATS overall). Bengals have started 0-1 five of last six years and they have lost five of their last seven road openers.
Would have been a larger play if the Ravens weren't playing the Steelers this coming Thursday to open up Week 2.
Sexy trend...
Week 1 road underdogs that made the playoffs the previous year have gone 2-21-1 ATS since 1989.
Leaning Rams (love that defensive front) and Bills.
:shake:
