teams that I'll probably end up betting: Purdue, North Carolina State, Miami, Wisconsin...

Also have a real keen eye lookin at South Florida and Pitt-for some reason my drunken lean is that Pitt will be giving up more points than they should be here...
 
I'd need 3.5 or at least good juice on 3 to bet LSU...I do think they have a nice chance, but they are on the road...just remember that. It means a lot.

there will be a lot of dissappointed cardinal backers come thursday night. slaton and white will be lighting up that scoreboard. i don't wanna hear anything about their so called defense. wvu running game will dominate that defense all night. brohm being 100% wil be your only chance and hes ooked ike dogshit lately.
 
Troy, I think both teams have been holding back in recent weeks. Should be a fun game to watch. I do have serious concerns about WVU's pass defense...

You know its a wierd day when Temple gets a win as 20point underdogs. Boy am I glad I jumped off the Fade Temple wagon a few weeks ago..

South Carolina - Man, we have a blueprint on how to let your fans down and to give a game away. I have been a student here for 4 years and it is almost expected. There is no doubt whoever we play, we play to their level of competition but spotting a good team 14points only to retake the lead and than get toasted on 3rd and 15 is a confidence killer.. Hats off to Tennessee, So Carolina is very young and hopefully these players learn to play a mistake free game, something we have not done and I am not sure we are capable of..Arkansas will be coming into Columbia this week and they want Blood. USC beat them last yr in a game they prob shouldnt have won, Arkansas is on fire lately.

ND - Finally covered a large spread but boy does their friggen run defense suck. If Navy could throw the ball that game would have gone down to the wire..

Texas Tech - Way to blow a 21 point lead, I know it was only the first quater but damn..
Illinois - Way to blow a 24-10 lead
Iowa St - you suck
BYU - Keep rolling, Colo St up next for an ass kicking
Utah - You play well at home but who is UNLV anyway

Anyway it was a fun week. I knew I was in trouble when everyone was on UTEP friday night.. Lucky I let the board talk me out of Clemson on Thurs or it could have gotten ugly this weekend..

Based on those lines I am interested in:

Cen Mich, TCU, Hawaii, Tulsa, Nevada, O/U in the Nem Mex St/SJSU game, Northwestern if Tate is still out, maybe even if he is playing..Purdue because Mich St should not give points the rest of the yr...And Maybe ND putting the smack on another shitty team..
 
LSU a road favorite at Tennessee...WOW. I'll wait on that line and see what happens with it...probably a no play for me where it is now.

Miami at +2 against VA Tech...that works for me. Not going to play it just yet...because god forbid I could get 3, that would be great...but I'm also happier taking ML than +2...

man, the ark line keeps moving towards SCAR. I think the Hogs roll here. Already played at ark -3.5 SCAR +108

LEANS
WASH ST -15 zona is a steal I think.
usc -28.5 STAN I want to fade Stanford so bad, but I don't think the Trojans can cover that.
ark st. +30.5 AU The War Eagles didn't cover Barfalo and won't cover this one.
kent -14.5 BUFFALO Kent can manage this can't they?
tulsa -4.5 HOUSTON tough one for me to pick.

I'm thinking PSU +7 is another good play. Anyone see how their QB is playing now.

Looks like they would need a good D showing to cover against Wisky.
 
I actually see very, very little on this card that I like. I already locked in a bet on Miami ML, and I have UConn and the points tonight.

I don't see the Georgia Tech bet at all. I actually think that NC State might be a nice ML Doggy once it comes out. Georgia Tech was in a great spot against Miami and capitalized, but now NC State goes back home where they have upset both FSU and BC....6.5 just seems like an awful lot of points.

If USC comes down to 28 or less, I'll probably try them out against Stanford. Nothin else though. I don't even really have leans on most of these games. Might just play the NBA this week...

Your point on GTech is well taken. That's why I haven't played it yet.

I'm treading lightly this time of year. Earlier in the season, Stacks and I would have 6 or 8 plays locked in already. Now I just have 3:

Cal -17
BYU -13'
Nevada -11

All are on good ATS teams and/or against bad ATS teams. Cal is the only one I might sell off of, but I think I got a good line on it. Then again, Cal off a bye week after a close win over Washington and in a revenge spot against UCLA looks good.
 
Yeah, I'm with you guys. I've lost money in the past by trying to force plays in October and November...always make my money in September+December.
 
i'm already excited for next year knowing a lot more now than last year and learning even more this year but still in the + through dreaded october games i wil be ready next year for sure
