Baltimore's last 33 games of offense -

5, 6, 5, 13, 7, 3, 10, 3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 9, 9, 7, 8, 5, 6, 11, 11, 3, 16, 3, 2, 11, 4, 3, 7, 3, 3, 11, 3 & 9 run totals.

_1 total of 0-2 runs (3.0%)
12 totals of 3-4 runs.
20 totals of 5+ runs.

Baltimore has now gone 14 games w/out posting consecutive 5+ run totals.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Baltimore has gone 82 games without posting consecutive Under results.
They are 54-22-6 to Over during this period and are 19-0-3 to Over off their last 22 Under results.

Since July the 6th, the Chicago Cubs are...

- 31-3 SU in games which they've scored 3+ runs (24-9-1 to Over)

- 1-12 SU in games which they've scored 0-2 runs (12-1 to Under)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Chicago's last 36 games of all-or-nothing offense -

10, 6, 2, 2, 9, 6, 7, 7, 11, 0, 5, 8, 0, 11, 11, 3, 3, 6, 10, 8, 11, 6, 1, 9, 5, 1, 3, 5, 9, 6, 12, 14, 2, 6, 3 & 2 run totals.

_8 totals of 0-2 runs
_4 totals of 3-4 runs
24 totals of 5+ runs (66.6%)

The Cubs have gone 40 games w/out being held to 3 runs or less over 3 straight contests.

Thanks as always BTC. Don't mean to create more work for you. You have Bill Hohn listed at San Diego and at LA Angels.

Thanks for your thread. Best one on the net.

There are 2 things I always do. Play Halladay first 5 on the road and play the Yanks at home on Sunday. See no reason to change here. Like the Reds to sweep. Like Tampa ml and rl. Giving thought to Colorado, Oakland and KC but nothing is certain but Reds, various NY plays and various Tampa plays.

Thanks for pointing that out, GH. Any mistake like that is the sites I took it from, I just remined blank to it while filling in all the links.

Getting in early before the line crashes. Greg Smith is 19-1 under in his last 20 with 14 straight unders. On Sunday, he gets one of the game's best UNDER umpires in Paul Emmel.

UNDER MINNY/OAK 8 (-112)

And now Bill Hohn isnt in San Diego, imho - even with Peavy as one of the starters - Sunday's total result at Petco will finish off the first series there this season not to have an Under result registered (Game's 1 & 2 have been Overs).

Since the All-Star break, Florida is...

16-6 SU off a loss
3-15 SU off a win (& 0-11 SU off their last 11 wins)

They play on Sunday off a win on Saturday.

I know that's a lot of potatoes, but isn't there some ridiculous stat about how bad Baltimore is on Sunday?

"E" behind the plate in SD....Cisco used to post how SD has gone under 1 game in every series at home this year. 2 straight games of 13 runs. Francis vs. Snake. Will be playing the under for the game and he under 1H.

Tomorrow is going to be very, very chalky, if I play at all. Saturday was quite the CFB massacre (don't even mention how Nathan raped me for the second time in a month) and I am looking for something that is relatively safe. I am going to hate myself, but I'm thinking about biting on MIL & TB at a chalky -255 respectively. Talk me off the ledge

eddings totals have been flying over the last 3 or so, but i agree that even at 7, it's hard to be scared away from SD under..

Small bets on KC and Oakland. In the Oakland game half the bet was taking 1.5. By the way I like betting Tampa. Burres has been a Tampa doll and with a game the next day vs Boston Baltimore has limited options.

Cleveland has gone under last 3 Sundays at home so what was a major trend may be reborn. Have it and Oakland under. Might try Washington but only after line ups. GL

Cant dismiss SDvs LHSP either. They had scored 2 runs in previous home games to LHSP and Unit held the check for scoreless before slowly struggling and watching his pen blow it 5-4...Might stickwith 1st 5 inn UNDER:cheers:

Cle and Minny are the Sunday under trends . Just not feeling Greg Smith though at the moment he was battered around @ LAA. Lineups key .

Also took us 9innings but we got that OAK ML on Saturday....well they all take 9 innings but you know what I mean...

8.5 seems low again in the Braves/Nats game. Jurrjens hasn't been very good and they both teams are hitting how can this not go over? Also have to like Halladay's #s vs the yankees.

Believe me I am concerned about Smith too. I finally decided to play Oakland even small because of
1. Minn 2-6 last 8 games all on the road.
2. Baker 4-4 in the day to Smith 5-5
3. Emmel being a strong home dog ump.
4. The big 2 in Oakland pen being very well rested for today with no game Monday.
5. Baker and Minn both sucking in the past on the road on Sundays. Needed all that to make even a small play with him starting.

Florida has played a season high 12 home games without posting a total of more than 5 runs (which is almost double their previous longest such run - 7 games).

They are 3-6 SU in Olsen's last 9 home starts, and 0-3 SU in his 3 starts vs the Mets this season (he hasn't lasted more than 5.2 IP in any Mets start).

The Mets are 9-1-1 to Over off their last 11 Under results, and have totaled at least 3 runs in 18 of their last 19 games.

The Mets are 11-3-1 to Over off their last 15 losses.

I noticed Olsen has the unhealthy trend of producing most his Under results at home - with the Fish in a due spot for a loss off a win = their offense potentially going awol, the sums don't add up enough for me to play it.

Added Colorado. Francis a leftie getting his form back. Hohn 7-14 favoring the road. Colorado pen loaded with good away in the day pitchers. History and let's face it Colorado really did not seem interested in the Saturday game

White Sox/Red Sox Thoughts?

White Sox have now lost 3 in a row, being outscored 27-5 in that stretch. Luckily for them, Minnesota has lost 2 of 3 to Oakland so far leaving the White Sox in 1st place by 1/2 game.

White Sox have had limited success against Wakefield, and Boston hasn't seen Floyd much at all to really gauge, though in his only start vs Boston, he got a cheap win despite giving up 5 ER in 5.1 IP.

Tim Wakefield vs. White Sox hitters:
Jim Thome, .122 in 49 AB, 2 HR
Jermaine Dye, .214 in 42 AB, 1 HR
Paul Konerko, .200 in 25 AB, 2 HR
Ken Griffey Jr, .292 in 24 AB, 1 HR
A.J. Pierzynski, .292 in 24 AB, 1 HR
Orlando Cabrera, .176 in 17 AB, 1 HR
Joe Crede, .357 in 14 AB
Nick Swisher, .333 in 3 AB

Gavin Floyd vs Red Sox hitters:
Sean Casey, .333 in 12 AB
J.D. Drew, .286 in 7 AB
Mike Lowell, .153 in 7 AB
Jason Bay, .286 in 7 AB
David Ortiz, .400 in 5 AB
Dustin Pedroia, .200 in 5 AB
Jason Varitek, .000 in 2 AB
Kevin Youkalis, .000 in 2 AB
Jacon Elisbury, 000 in 2 AB

Gavin Floyd - on the road: 4.17 ERA
Gavin Floyd - in day games: 4.40 ERA
Gavin Floyd - post All Star Break: 3.88 ERA

pitching change for the Cubs

MARSHALL pitching for the Cubs in case you bet on Zambrano.

Cubs -129

Tough one I agree BC. The pens need to be the gasoline again and believe Gregg is unavailable again with Lidstrom the new closer . I lean NYM as well what scares me is three trends crossing-- mets very good after a LOSS 20-8, FLA terrible after a WIN 8-23 and Olsen dropping 7 straight starts...seems like a FLA WIN will END all THREE(not so much the Mets streak but the other two)

OVER is 20-6-2 L28 meetings @ FLA.
Over is 42-17-3 L62 SUndays FLA
Over is 20-6-1 in Pedros L27away

GL:cheers:

Sorry fellas . Late night yesterday was scrambling to look at these early games ....

Trying to finish up the rest of the card now...

So far mostly home teams in the early session think only WSox and STL away teams . FOr totals also mostly overs except two 1st 5 unders ...

Be back if anything sticks out ...

{played the Over 9 small @ Florida FWIW and no side but leaned FLA ML and RL}GL:cheers:

Awesome inning by LAD. Had the feeling Webb was gonna choke

Gonna check out ur thread I just didnt have a chance earlier . I have the over pretty big and some plays on LAD ...

He got hit with a liner about 10 days ago that didnt get much mention and was terrible the last outing vs SD . Which I was assuming was a big issue . So just gambled that he was still a tad off and probably expected the line to open at 7 -120 or hit 7 and it never did .......

4 in the top 1st was amazing...and at least cash my 1st 5 inn over play ......hope there is more LAD offense to come ......

BOL bro...

That was my main basis on the Dodger play. I was really tempted to play the Over especially when it went from 7.5 -120 to -110. That was the time I saw LAD go from +160 to +150. It's tough for me to play 2 bets in a game I believe b/c I never seem to grasp it all much.
