Was initially leaning Boston based on it being Sunday and the 'situation' but may have to play Denver on guard play alone. Lawson will abuse and the C's will get totally 'outglassed' inside. Possible fatigue and possible 'homer' refs the only thing in the C's favor, IMO.

I wrote about Denver without All Star player when the selections were made, but now the effect is gone.
You can't keep saying the same mantra for 60 games and win them all with the same intensity...

Denver plays 4 in 5 and I'm willing to place my money that they won't go to ASG break on double digits winning streak.
The only question is if I want to start the chase today or against Raptors.

Not sure I agree. Boston played really well against Denver like teams. They won Indiana, Atlanta (once won and once lost after OT - both games on the road), won Oklahoma, won Utah, won Minnesota, won the Lakers. The only team similar to Denver they lost to in two out of three was Brooklyn.
All the teams that I mentioned either top rebounding teams or teams with great presence in the paint - just like Denver.
Lawson and Gallo aren't the ones that you worry about I suppose...

Denver has a lot more talent than Indiana and Atlanta. It's not even close. Celtics have been a little lucky catching teams in unfavorable spots. Don't get me wrong i love the celtics and their style of play. Denver has better players. But the execution is shaky. Very shaky. That comes down to experience.

I think 165yds has a good stat for the Knicks ATS at MSG on Sunday afternoons, so Knicks might be the way to go in this one.

Have to continue riding Boston, no? Denver was pushed most of last night's game... faced a one man show in Irving who wore the ball out dribbling too much. Complete opposite look coming from Boston. Teams that swing the ball have a lot of success vs. Denver. Boston will do what I thought Chicago was going to do and that's force Denver into shooting jumpers.

Who is the ref there? I am NOT a ref guy so any insight would be appreciated.

• The Knicks are expected to start Raymond Felton, Jason Kidd, Iman Shumpert, Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler.
• The Clippers (35-17) have lost seven of 10, which coincided with Chris Paul’s absence with a kneecap injury. He is now back but he managed just three points and two assists in Friday’s 111-89 loss to Miami. The Clippers are the No. 3 seed in the West. “I think they’re one of the most talented teams in the league in terms of personnel,” Knicks coach Mike Woodson said.
• L.A. is expected to start Paul, Chauncey Billups, Caron Butler, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.

• ESPN.com quoted a Knicks’ team source as saying that a proposed multiplayer trade involving the Knicks’ Shumpert and Jared Dudley of the Phoenix Suns was “unlikely at this point.” “Sure, we talk to him and we show him love and we tell him he’s a big part of what we’re doing,” Woodson said. “Those are just trade rumors.” He added that Shumpert would start out covering Paul: ”Iman’s a big part of what we do and he’s been kind of on a little roller-coaster ride, but my job is to show him some love and show him that he’s a big part of what we do and eventually he’ll get there. I got a lot of faith in Iman.” Woodson said he told his daughter, who went to Georgia Tech and was concerned about trade rumors, “Iman’s gonna be right here with me.
• Woodson said “contact and getting him back running is going to be the next phase” for Rasheed Wallace (stress reaction left foot).
• The Knicks and Clippers have met 117 times but this is the first time that both teams are 10-plus games over .500.
• Both teams arrived in New York on Saturday afternoon due to the blizzard. “It was smooth sailing coming in,” Woodson said.
