Mike Stoops is not a scapegoat. He is an incompetent who should never have had a coordinator job at any level.

And yes, things will change. Schemes will change, coaching will change, recruiting will change , and coaches will be reassigned.

Bill Walsh warned in his book that all coaches use as a reference that the profession is filled will fools who know little, but shout out their opinions in a loud voice. He warned anyone who wanted to be a head coach to be aware of that type. Mike Stoops is a perfect example.

This probably should have happened years ago. The level of nepotism in both college and NFL coaching is just out of this world.
