How is N Texas 3 points better on a neutral field? UTEP is fighting for bowl eligibility and N Texas got killed by Indiana and couldn't even beat Southern Miss at home.

Thats how I have it scored in my power rankings. Don't play it, just saying. I think the line is off because N.Texas lost badly to Rice and SOMIS while UTEP beat SOMIS.
