September 22 Discussion Thread

C-MAN

Pretty much a regular
Old thread was from last week and getting too long. Some quick thoughts on today's card:

Hou and Under - Houston owns the Angels and although Nolasco has pitched well, he is just a hard luck pitcher right now. Think Calhoun still out for LAA which helps the under. Houston is playing well and LAA still dealing out unders.

Pit - continue to ride them while they are hot

Leans to Mia, SD and NYM just running out of time right now.

Very poor day of week for Houston but with Fister next expect them to ignore. Still a lot of chalk. Will decide on bets there with ump
Over in Baltimore with Wegner of interest and Baltimore based on Tillman history with ump
Yanks based on splits and hate
Still thinking especially in Dodger game

0 interest in Pitt

Any idea why people are so interested in Vargas? It is true he was a good stopper at one time. He is back from a injury, around 34 and was never close to elite

Only a guess, but Cleveland pitcher a relative no name and KC trying to avoid sweep.

Someone talk to me about about col/lad if you have a minute, doesn't chatwood have one of the best road ERA's in baseball? line is sooo high

The best according to Vin Scully.

But that pen is atrocious and blew it. That line was a head scratcher.

Major trend supports Houston today But when a long streak breaks says different and very bad ump for Fister

Cubs 18-6 Fridays
Baltimore 14-9
Washington 17-6 facing Tailion on five
Boston 16-8
Cleveland with Bauer 19-5

Like over in Pit. T on 5 and Pit was hitting until last night. Perfect day here in the Burgh.
