GL, great number on Stros, was thisclose to taking them at -120 now lost 8 cents on it so just gonna sit back on it I think. Get it today scarf :beer4:

Thanks, KJ. I started thinking about how odd I felt some of the numbers were yesterday and what huge swings we've seen the first week. Since I use a bigger bankroll for bases (150 units) , I am actually going to start scalping some of these games and Houston is my first of the year. I actually am in for 4 units at -109 but am planning to buy back an amount to win 2 units on KC, so my "true" price is going to be closer to even money or only a few cents at close. Used to do this with Matchbook (god i miss them) and got insane value a lot of the time...for record keeping purposes though I'm gonna leave everything at my initial bet price...gets too confusing otherwise.

I cannot remember a team starting off as cold as Minnesota has this season. Just looking at the boxscore in their 9th game of the season, Minnesota has their #1,2,4,5,7,8 and 9 hitters all at a BA of below .180...that's nearly unfathomable. Mental footnote made that there will be a bounceback to the norm at some point.

Thanks, guys...much appreciated. :shake:

This number has dropped into a value play...
