You know it bro

OVER in CLEVE

UNDER in COLO

DR Shortdog will be along with the results from last nite. I know the Tor game was a winner

Ok Unless I missed him and thats possible Vanover didnt go. SO the UMPS I posted yesterday

went 3-2

Kulpa L

Crawford W

Cooper W

Carlson W

Danley L

Myself I went 1-1 yesterday as I only played two of them. GL today gang

Hirschbeck is up in CInn dont know his numbers off hand

GL today Rex :shake:

I just hope that whoever was behind the plate in NY last night, doesn't go back there anytime soon. That guy was a mess. :hairout: I got pissed waiting 10 seconds after every pitch to see what the call was.

Sy...mlb.com & usa today official results both show that Vanover did ump last nights game. So, record was 3-3 last night and 5 day record is now 14-7-1. I went 2-4 last night as I went against Crawford.

Also, Gibson is due behind the plate in the Mets/Wash game and he is a "club member" OVER.

O's/Cleveland game has Ho Ho Hudson behind the dish and he is currently not a "member".

Froemming is behind the dish, who is calling more strikes and has a higher strike % than "E", for the Yanks/Bosox game. I'm not touching that one!

So, the only 2 games with "members" that I'll be playing is Mets/Wash OVER and Rocks/Braves UNDER. I prolly still tail you on the O's/Tribe OVER.

Plus, I have Hirschbeck going tomorrow. Definitely a "club member" and a "chartered member" of the ump club.

Shorty

Sparky: Funny you say that about the Yankee game. On my DirecTV down here, when I saw the Dodger game was going to be on AFTER the Boston/Yankee game I immediately made a line of "bottom 3rd" as over/under of when the first game would end so I could watch the Dodgers.

I was pretty buzzed by the time my Boston/O parlay hit but I think it was end of the top of 4th in San Diego, hahaha....

McClelland is perhaps the best umpire in baseball, as players and managers both like him... fans hate him because of his delay in signaling strikes...

Last night, Bill Welke did the same thing. That game took forever, and yes, on NESN, they would show replays of pitches that were eventually called strikes. By the time the pitch was in the catcher's mitt, and there was nothing else to see, they would cut the replay off - BEFORE the ump gave ANY indication of whether the pitch was a strike or not.

But hey, I thought he called a good game, and he was consistent. That's all you can ask for if you got a bet - not whether it takes him 8 seconds to call the pitch, just so long as he gets it right.

Shorty: Hudson is an honorary member by SY and I's status..

No way can you bet the BoSox and Yankees UNDER. Not with Karstens going for the Jankees and the way that all of these games just go flying over the total, usually in the middle innings...

Waiting for Cincy/Pitt total to come out Sunday, as I will bang it immediately...

UPDATE:

Hirschbeck's crew is in Pitt. But the rotation changed. DRAKE was working with them in New York earlier this week but he was subbing for Bell. DRAKE was due up last night but the box shows Bell actually came back at third base. So Laz DIAZ worked the plate last night, and HIRSCHBECK is behind the plate today. I double-checked two boxes a few minutes ago and they confirm that info.

So scratch that U for Sunday, as Bill Welke is a fairly neutral ump. The value has been bet out of the Cin/Pit UNDER today, so might have to pass...

Thanks Rex...So we have the "King & Queen" of UNDERS going today. NICE! I'm playing it eventhough the value is gone in Pitt. Also, Welke is a "club member" 64.9%. He is #3 on my list since 2004:

But these trends are to ugly and McCain has been very good of late:

Under is 8-2-1 in Cain's last 11 starts overall.
Under is 13-3 in Gonzalez's last 16 starts overall.
Under is 9-2 in Meriwether's last 11 games behind home plate vs. Arizona.
To many UNDER trends to deal with here.

Yo, y'all got any info on Cubs/Cardinals matchup?

I'm looking to play the UNDER possibly

On the season, Brian O'nora is right in the middle (#42 out of #74 umps which is sorted by Under to Over). Since 2004, I have him #20 and again sorted by Under to Over.

Pretty neutral based on my #'s.

OK, I am biting on the Pitt total as well, since the pokers bet the first-5 OVER, and will prolly bet the game over, too.... so there might be value once again a little later...

Shits not even funny anymore

Usually when I lose like that I laugh

I am down over 4,000 dollars in like....2 weeks...and I am a small fucking bettor...I went from 3,000 in the bank account to 250...and lost the 2,000 I had in the gambling account too

WOW

Jesus. Smoltz gives up 2-run homer in first. Gorz struggles in the fifth... We are looking to lose all these things...

A note in Pitt - Muchlinski replaced Hirschbeck after yesterday's game in the Pitt crew... I was unaware of that until the Reds announcers said something in the 3rd inning.

Muchlinski will be behind hte plate tomorrow; Bill Welke got the call tonight. Welke is not a big drop-off from HIrschbeck... but he's not Hirschbeck.....

Dammit...I already played the UNDER in Pitt tomorrow. WTF...Maybe Hirschbeck will get rotated back in tomorrow. We'll have to keep an eye on this one.

Mets bats are ice cold! Gibson has one of the tightest strikezones out there.

I only played 3 plays today and two of them are in serious trouble...

Well we are really in trouble.

Reds decided to bust out and fuck us in the 9th.

Walk, hit batsman, blooper get them loaded with no out, and after a strikeout, they line one to left to score two. 8-1. Loser.

Rockies looks like poop. I am going to be in the poorhouse soon.

I like Arizona tonight. Gonzo pitched well vs SFN in SFN, Cain was lights out in the same series but that was at home: SFN havent won a road start of his.

More noticably, SFN's winning streak is gone, while after a poor patch of form AZ have a decent little streak of their own going. Dont see Morris losing to RJ (wheres the old folks home?), and I struggle to see AZ losing 2 of 3 here.

I'll take some of them as a home dog.

Hey BC what's up buddy.

Any thoughts on the late Nuba game? I laid 2 small with Utah. Think they have been the better team for all but about 20 minutes the entire series...

IN EDDINGS WE TRUST.... Took a potential disasterous night and helped us out of the quagmire....

In all honesty, we had no business winning that game. Balls were hit hard early and often.... But I'll take it...

Almost pulled off a miracle in the Mets/Nats game...Oh well, this day could have been a financial disaster. Instead, just losing juice is ok with me...

See ya tomorrow
