Through 2006 Dallas is 5-1 against Philadelphia. The Knicks tried VERY hard today while the Phillies got to beat the Spurs. I think the Knicks might get lucky tomorrow.
Took 7 with NJ. Boston last 10 on the road is 3-7 ats. They play the Nets and then
one day off and then they Play the Suns a western team they dislike a great deal.
One day off and they play at Miami a surprising powerful Eastern threat and then the next day they play at Orlando a team very anxious to SEE them.
2 days to rest and then Hello Dallas. Oh I am sure they are really interested in this game.

Brown is a pretty good coach. The Bobcats had 2 days off to rest and then beat Detroit. Then they had 3 days off to rest and prepare for their Saturday game vs Portland. Portland is playing 4th game in 6 nights. Management is showing interest and trying to help the Bobcats with useful trades. Nate has character but is none too bright using his troops who are without their best point guard. Lets ride the Bobcats again hoping for more good things points and ml mixed.
 
tuck, what do you think of the heat? the rockets seem to be struggling right now, and they are downright shitty at home...also, what's your thoughts on the magic v. nuggs game. these magic just don't know how to lose...

Its a given with Houston off a loss that I make the system bet of Houston first half at home off a loss. Have mentioned this possibly 6 times, guess I forget that everyone does not know it. The angle works very well but does Not say who wins the game. Might very well bet the Heat after the first half and with Denver--:smiley_acbe:. What team has totally dominated Denver. The Lakers have owned them. Orlando has just beaten the Lakers for the second time this season. Remember what happened to the Bobcats at Cleveland after they beat Boston. Denver is coming after the Magic with pitchforks, rifles and any knives they can slip in. Probably just go with a first half bet to start with as the Magic have been good friends to me but this kind of situation is like a chemical reaction. Denver is going to come out Strong.

Yes. I am betting Denver and Houston both first half tomorrow. I am already on the Bobcats and the Nets. Still looking at a lot of other games. It is very likely that I will be on the Knicks but with no line that is all I can say now.

I have to say, and credit to JP, b/c he pitched this game to me about 5 days ago... Denver is really an orgasmic plan for any situational handicapper. The stars really are aligned for that one, at least from a situational point of view. When I discussed the play with JP, I was skeptical about Orlando beating LA, and he nor I really wanted to deal with Orlando off a loss. Alas, they've beaten LA, and in perfect fashion- a long, grueling, emotional last-minute win. As if the play needed any more beauty in how it is set up, I see the last 10 games in this series have been won by the home team? Good grief. Last game of a trip where they just took down the last two Western Conference champs, now about to head home for 4 days of rest and sunshine and then a showdown with the NBA champs. Denver on the last of a eternally long home-stand, about to hit the road.

Is it a perfect play? No, there exists no such thing. Van Gundy managed to keep his guys' minutes tolerably low last night, they're probably too good of a team to have their doors blown off, and they've been great on B2Bs this year. But in terms of pure situational betting, nobody can claim to be a situational capper and not take Denver here. Big Al, where ever he is and whatever he's doing, I'm quite confident is on Denver here, at the very least for a small play as a mandatory situational bet.

I think the future schedule you mention actually serves as motivation for the Celtics in this one rather than a distraction. They have VERY losable games in their future and can't afford to let this one slip up.
 
I'm a bit sick of NBA right now. Had the San An/Philly u194 last night, lost by 2 pts, and I see that Philly made 3ptrs at the end of each of the first quarters as they threw it up as time expired... sickening bad beat.

And then our Hornets can't string together two damned consistent efforts.
 
For the moment forget the gaames they lost on the road. First a 3 game win su and win ats streak. Then 6 games where they won su and covered 3 of the games. Since then 2 wins and covers against Toronto and the Kings. Toronto motivation was some trouble they had gotten from them at home and Sac was a victim after they lost to the Lakers and Golden state. Situations do not match.
 
Obviously pretty disgusted. Added Nets in the fourth minus 2. Boston will usually give up in the area of 7 here with a big lead.

I had the under also. Those cocksuckers hit 3 3-pointers in the last 22 seconds of the 2Q. Bastards.
 
In some ways NJ was a perfect game. It would have been almost impossible to bet it worse than I did and probably there was no bad luck involved. Boston had scored 68 points in the first half. Forget tradition. Just bet Nets in the third or for the secondd half. Nets were missing the Oriental star, Vince was hurt. Why was i involved. Right now I am looking at betting against Portland, Orlando and the Heat. I like all 3 of these teams and think they are at least equal to their opposition. I have some angles to support the plays but betting against teams that cover the spread usually is probably just silly so how much sense am I making today. The bet on the Bobcats is in but I regret it. They have not yet but up a ml for Denver first half I may not play it. I am not sure if I am playing the Houston first half angle. Miami is on 2 days rest and playing themselves with a revenge angle. I have no idea what is right in the Bulls game. Spurs did not make it into 30 minutes with any starter last night. They just rested for this game. They have failed to cover 3 spreads in a row. I do not see this as a good thing for betting against them. Still bad on b-b and the Bulls are healthy. Just a pass. Could give multiple arguments for the Clippers. Probably before you bet a team they should play a game, get a player back. Do something to justify action. Pass. Utah at Dallas? Funny fact. I do not know how many games Dallas has won at home on Saturday. Note I said I did not know. For a very long time when I check it just says 20-0. I the referees look reasonable and i am playing Dallas ml for 2 units. On a day where I am clearly not thinking properly less is more.
I did play Houston first half for 1 unit. The one time this angle failed this season was a 56-56 tie with Denver. Half the bet was minus 2 and half was minus 35 cents ml.
