LAD -118 1.18/1 - James evidently not in good form this year, and Atl pen decimated with injuries which doesn't help as their bullpen may be called on early today. Billingsley looked better in last outing.

Clev -125 1.25/1 - Westbrook has been solid so far in three starts and Cleveland seems to have the Twins number lately.
