couple of teams playing their 2nd games back off 5+ game road trips, in a B2B spot. "Unfortunately" both got 3 days off between the end of their trips and this B2B sequence, but the good news is that rest included Xmas-eve & Xmas-day, not your ordinary kind of rest by any means.

Playing their 1st & 2nd games back B2B, off 3 days rest since their trip's end

UTH off a 5 game road trip
27th Dec. - Home vs LAK -
Lost
28th Dec. - Away vs
LAC -

NOR off a 5 game trip
27th Dec. - Home vs DEN -
Won
28th Dec. - Away vs HOU -

- LAC has been racking up some tough losses, must be itching to get back that winning feeling. They're 8-2 ATS off a SU loss & 3-0 ATS off consecutive ATS losses this season. Utah off a hard win as well, seems to me to be headed into a very bad spot.

- Houston is playing a 3rd in 4, but with a 4th in 5 @OKC tomorrow they must know to put all their eggs in tonight's basket to avoid double-Ls. They're 3-1 ATS this season playing a home game off a SU home win. Nawlins playing off consecutive SU wins this season is 1-5 ATS, so off a 2nd straight win yesterday this spot would be bad news for them anyway, never mind the B2B 2nd-game-off-road-trip angle getting added into the mix.

Also have a couple of teams playing their 1st games back off 4 game trips, but both do so having played their last road game the night before -

WAS off a 4 game trip
28th - Home Fav vs DET -

TOR off a 4 game trip
28th - Home Fav vs NYK -

Wash on a 6 game Over run, with Detroit's long Over run ending last night by just a bucket. Hard to believe these 2 teams home & home series won't produce at least 1 Over (1 of Detroit's last 16 games has totaled less than 197 pts. Their 1 meeting with Wash to date totaled 215 pts).

tuck…sorry had to jump last night and didn't see you question…don't post much but following were reasons for suns under

last time these two teams played they shot 48 and 50% from three and scored 208…unlikely to repeat
they rank in the top 10 in spot up shooting possessions
they rank #1 and 8 in defending the three….#1 and 2 in last three games
curry looked lethargic on xmas and has been under 20 in three straight….injured?…..bledsoe good defender
suns score 7.4 less on road…around 100
iguodala back…opponents score 95 per game with him in lineup
suns give up 99.8 on road

celtics have lost 3 st
prior to a total defensive beat down by the pacers they had covered 5 st first halves
playing cleve at home

like celts first half

The Dallas Chicago game tough. Chicago is getting healthy. Deng is a GTD after a long layoff. Bulls play great at home on Saturdays but they've had trouble keeping up with high scoring teams.

Melo didn't travel with the team for the 2nd of a home and home with Toronto. Team is a dysfunctional mess and Dolan said nobody is getting traded and there won't be a coaching change. Maybe Dolan could be replaced?

The nets core guys played like shit yesterday. On the road your stars have to lead the way because the role players won't perform as well. Maybe Dwill and JJ were looking ahead to tonight but if they play like that again they'll def be blown out again. Blatche is out 3 more games for personal reasons

dolan so bad….total inability to run a franchise

Yup. I've realized the Knicks franchise is more incompetent than the freaking jets. I feel bad for their fans tbh. Seems like the Knicks are just waiting and hoping for 2015. How do you tell your team that no trades will be made? Trying to let the players get comfortable? WHY?

Brad Stevens knows what he's talking about

CAVALIERS AT CELTICS, 1 P.M. ET
TV: League Pass

Cavs center Andrew Bynum was suspended indefinitely by the Cleveland Cavaliers this morning due to conduct detrimental to the team, the Cavs announced in a statement. Bynum did not travel with the team to Boston. Mike Brown spoke to the media before today’s contest, but would not elaborate on the reason why Bynum was suspended, just emphasizing he would be out “indefinitely.” Brown also said he is moving forward now after the suspension. “I’m worried about the guys in the locker room. In our business, there are a lot of ups and downs during the season. So what you do as a head coach, you keep moving forward,” Brown said.
Kyrie Irving called Bynum’s suspension a “terrible situation” before the game. Anderson Varejao will start at center in place of Bynum for today’s game against the Celtics.
Despite the suspension to Bynum, Boston’s head coach Brad Stevens is not sure whether the loss of Bynum will be a net positive for the Cavs for today’s game. “I think Bynum is a really good player. I think when I’ve watched him they’ve been better without him on the court in a lot of cases,” Stevens explained.
Avery Bradley is in the midst of a tremendous offensive stretch during the month of December. The shooting guard has made 50.8 percent of his shots from the field, as well as a staggering 57.1 percent from 3-point range. He’s also been consistent, averaging 16.1 points a game during the past month, and has scored in double digits during every game but one during December. “He’s comfortable in his role and clearly understands what he’s supposed to do, where he’s supposed to be, how he can best pick his spots. I do think he’ll grow and get better and that will be something that will happen now and over time. I think he’ll get incrementally better as we move throughout the season,” Stevens said.

Cleveland this year on 1 days rest was 1-10 ATS. They also play GS at home tomorrow. Think they have lost 5 su to them

split my early plays...
leans - philly/ phoenix tt over, Mavs tt over, bucks tt over

No Melo--. Certainly intended to play Knicks as an auto play. May have to pass. Hard to do. Toronto this season has 3 home ATS covers. Think Knicks 50-50 away ATS after a home loss. Probably on Bobcats and have Memphis under 191.5. Over umps in the game. Based on days rest the game should go over. ?
Love of money
Last game they went under by7.5
Previous game 38
Previous game by 2
6
12
10
5
47.5
Had an OVER!!!
u
u
Over
under
Getting tired bottom line not betting this team under is a DEEP position
Last 5 meetings have gone under and that is nice but bet would be there regardless.

I think I'm going look at. 1q play if it's -3.5

3.5 Dreamer

Believe the Clippers have played 2 home games after a loss
GS 10 point first quarter win
Kings 16 point first quarter Kings covered for the game easily.
Still looking at BC's post

0 interest in Clippers minus 14 or 14.5
May play Clippers first quarter.
Utah off 2 ATS losses is dangerous
Team is 8-5 ATS last 13 on the road
Team has been beaten by Clippers 6 in a row
Last 2 years Clippers have a 1-3 ATS record after over time.
No interest in Utah just a game I do not like.

Hate taking bad teams but bucks +8 is too good to pass up vs a team that has its road problems

Had not looked yet but that play fits my angle concerning Minn on the road after a win.

Regarding the trend from BC, I think the long lay off kind of negates the effect of having to go back on the road. I lean pelicans

Will look later. Too much personal bias. This winning by 50 garbage is very BAD for a team.

Days of week likes Utah
Have 0 concept of what to do in the Suns game.
If they want to play crazy--screw them.
If Utah wants to lick Clippers shoes hope it tastes good but betting against major revenge and better rest not my thing

guys I'm starting to believe that The Alphabet is going to have a damn good career. This kid learns quick and is not flashy shit, think he can last out of the bunch

Apparently there is some chance Kaman and Gasol do not play and at least 1 of the refs (Derrick Collins) seems no friend of home favorites so I may have to wait a while for more info.
