I knew of him from NFL highlights. Have a bunch of his football cards.

I'm trying to remember, based on my memory of rookie cards Hadl had graduated before Sayers was there. That would've been a duo!

He was the QB the very 1st year I became a Ramfreak in 1973. Ironic how he passes away the same year my father passes on the same year the Rams won the Super Bowl. RIP
