nice day for me. A couple of leans won but I am still happy I stayed to one play and hit it. Probably a little lucky but I will take it.

Thoughts on Sunday

Brewers (Sheets) -125 @ Cardinals (Looper) +105
I know that the Cards are at home and Loops has been pitching surprisingly well out of the rotation but Sheets vs. this overrated Cards offense is pretty cheap.

Padres (Young) -120 @ Dodgers (Wolf) EVEN
Young vs. Wolf at these prices require immediate attention. You have a much superior pitcher at -120 when all other categories are similar between teams. Lean PADs

Tigers (Robertson) -110 @ Blue Jays (Towers) -110
Blue Jays vs. a lefty...blah blah blah. Robertson vs. Towers at even prices jumps out at you. Com on, this is Towers.

White Sox (Contreras) +145 @ Indians (Sabathia) -165
Fuck. CC is already this expensive. I got him at the RIDICULOUS price of -102 opening day in Chicago with Contreras on the hill too. Not seeing him as a dog again. The line is expensive but I will probably play anyway. Mark my words, CC Sabathia will be the best pitcher in baseball this season. And the Tribe's offense ain't shabby either.

Angels (Santana) +180 @ Red Sox (Beckett) -210
I guess the secret is out about Santana's road woes. Still looks very expensive for the worse team IMO. (But so did today)

Royals (Greinke) -120 @ Orioles (Guthrie) EVEN
I liked Grenks before the season but have yet to have the balls to bet on him. Royals as road favorites probably won't inspire me this time either.

Yankees (Pettitte) -105 @ Athletics (Harden) -115
I am not a value bettor as I hate to bet on teams I dont think have a great shot at winning, even at big odds. But cmon, seriously, this line is off. Great value on Oakland.

GL, on the Tribe RL with you... Gota support our boy CC!

I do like Pads later tonight as well

tough loss for everyone on the Under. If Harden dosen't get injured its a non issue, but o well. There is nothing like getting home with the score 4-2 yanks and rivera on the hill with 2 outs and nobody on, only to actually listen to the last 5 minutes of the game and have that happen. Almost makes up for all the mooses and bad beats I have had over the year. Almost. I feel sorry for the under betters but in all honesty, the yanks got lucky that Harden was knocked out so there shouldn't be much to complain about. Unless you take Harden getting injured into account before betting a game he is starting (probably a necessary precaution with this guy). One sure loser for tonight.
I think in the night cap we will have a low scoring game. Pitchers park, terrible lineups, jitters from the remembrance day and what not. I think Young and Wolf both pitch very well. Not betting on the Padres because I think the intangibles could mess with the logical outcome for the game.

Hope I break out of this totals slump, losing 6 out of my last 7. Down around 5.5 units overall on them.

San Diego Padres/Los Angeles Dodgers Under 8 -120 1 Unit
