Situation play tonight in Louisville. 2-0 Clemson who was really only average on the ground last week against Applachian State. A major step up in competition and now the team travels to a Louisville squad that is in desperate need for a win. Three questions....can Louisville protect the QB, establish some semblance of a running game and stop the Clemson running game. I actually think Houston is a very good squad and Tom Hermann who was O-Cord at Iowa State for a few years is going to be a coaching star. Thursday night...a slightly overrated Clemson squad with a major step-up in competition and a desperate home team. I will take the points and think the Cardinals have a great chance at an outright W tonight. Will need QB to not turn the ball over and the Louisville defense to play some inspired defense.
