I think Jacksonville State is in a terrible spot. Off the big win against WKU and with South Carolina on deck. Add to that that in 3 road games this year they have been outscored 23-54 in the 1H (Coastal Carolina, MTSU and SHSU). No reason, given the spot, to believe they will start fast. That and 9.5 points is enough for me to bite on FIU which clearly isn’t good but can score some points.

I’m on SHSU despite my gut telling me that laying 3.5 with a winless squad is insane. No motivation for UTEP who got drubbed against NMSU and SHSU looking for the first W and have been excruciatingly close against much better in Liberty and Jacksonville State. I think this is a 28-14 type of game tonight.

Thanks. The Shoemaker kid at QB is certainly a decent QB compared to who they were starting during the first three. Offense hasn’t been bad in the last 4 contests. You will have some value on their TT the next couple weeks.
