I will likely be in a small way on the Clones +1.5 tomorrow. Probably looking for some much bigger plays Iowa State TT over, R. Becht over and C. Sowell over. Only thing to be concerned about would be Cincy moving slowly down the field against the 3-3-5 and owning time of possession. But then again Cincy did that exact same thing against Kansas and the Jayhawks threw for 400 yards and scored 34 point. The Jontez Williams acl injury is an absolute killer. He was a NFL talent at CB....I do think that Tre Bell (transfer from Lindenwood) can be special but being a really good #2 CB is different than being the guy. If Iowa State can get past Cincy I think they will be 7-0 going into their next bye would should help them get more healthy. Should be a great game on Saturday.
 
Thursday:

Really wanted the Faupel prop but it was offered until the last hour so I was previously on the Fife over. Sam Houston State has played the tougher schedule to be sure, but their pass defense is terrible. 70% completion rate and 322 yds per game and 12.6 yards per completion bad. New Mexico State cannot run the ball but they have had the ability (both this year and in the past) to hit big plays in the pass game or screen game. 13.1 yds per completion this year for the Aggies. I think NMSU should be favored by a couple in this spot. Respect SHSU's schedule but we had concerns about this secondary pre-season given all the defections to North Texas and Temple from SHSU.
