Week One 39-42-1- (-$383.70) -15.35 Units
Week Two 39-34-1 (-$33.85) -1.35 Units
Overall 78-76-2 (-$417.55) -16.70 Units
Some tough luck last week as Oregon State -9.0 went from a 3.0 Unit win to a 3.2 Unit loss and ended up being the difference between a winning week and a losing week. Track record suggest things will turn and just trying to stay patient at this point.
Thursday Night:
Louisana Tech +3.0 (1.8 Units)--The Sokol kid (backup in Iowa previously) is really what Skip Holtz needed. To this point he had taken care of the ball and been efficient. I would expect La Tech to give the ball to Dixon at least 20 times tonight. North Texas is incredibly tough at home but honestly they cannot throw the ball at all. If Louisana Tech can score a couple of TD's early this game might not be that close. This team was nearly a 17 point dog last week at Lafayette and just waxed a pretty good football team.
BYU -17.0 (2.4 Units)--The game last year at Houston scares me a little bit as I could see a shootout in Provo tonight and if that occurs we have zero chance to cover. However, if the BYU defense can force some turnovers and O'Korn has looked pathetich through the first two games, then they should be able to run away and hide. The backdoor cover is a concern and it has proved problematic for me personally this year but I don't see how Houston can stop Williams and Hill on the ground.
Friday Night:
Cincy -9.5 (3.0 Units)
Baylor -34.5 (1.6 Units)
4 team Parlay:
La Tech ML +135
BYU -17.0
Cincy -9.5
