Rochclone Week 10

rochclone

Pretty much a regular
Wednesday:
Eastern Michigan +5.0 (5.0 Units)
Akron +20.0 (0.8 Units)
Ball State pk (2.6 Units)
Buffalo -14.0 (4.0 Units)
Central Michigan +3.0 (3.0 Units)
Bowling Green +24.0 (0.4 Units)

I absolutely love Eastern Michigan and Chris Creighton. They obviously have a talent disparity in that program but they make adjustments and his players get after it.
As a dog in the last 4 years they are 24-4-1 ATS as a dog. Now 25-4–1 after tonight. That includes 12 outright wins as a dog. Should be getting points next week as a dog at Ball State as well.

wow. Sounds like my kind of team, that how little I follow mac cause normally I’m all over those types!!

Good stuff. I’m assuming lines don’t get adjusted like they should cause the perception of them is not good? I dunno how else to explain those kind of cover numbers over thst long a stretch!!

Thursday:
Nevada -17.5 (10.0 Units)
Nevada TT Over 37.5 (3.0 Units)
Colorado State +3.5 (6.0 Units)

Carson Strong is legit as a QB with nearly 80% completion rate and a fantastic WR core. That Wyoming secondary isn’t terrible and he threw for 420 on them at a 75% clip.
Utah State has been bludgeoned by Boise State and San Diego State and now on short week has to travel. Utah State averaging 3.51 yds per pass attempt and has been unable to run the ball at 3.14 yds per rushing attempt. BSU and SDSU are elite defenses but I think Nevada gets a few stops and firmly believe that Nevada is going to put 40+ on the board most nights.
Regarding CSU if they start O’Brien and Wright is back from COVID (both of which is being reported) then they should be able to stretch the field in a similar fashion as Nevada did against Wyoming. If Centenio starts then Adazzio should be shown the door after two games.

Friday:
NC State +10.0 (1.4 Units)
San Jose State +10.0 (4.0 Units)
BYU -3.0 (10.0 Units)
BYU TT Over 33.0 (6.0 Units)

A few people on here discussing the lack of strength in BYU’s schedule. It certainly isn’t great but with the exception of UTSA they exerted dominance in every one of those games such that the game was over by halftime. Houston is a more talented team than Boise State IMO and the BYU win at Houston broke a little bit of their will. On the flip side it’s not as if Boise State has played a difficult schedule. Gave up 30 points to the flyboys in Colorado Springs (the same AF squad that got beat 17-6 at SJSU) and then dominated a Utah State squad that Nevada handles last night 35-9.
If you believe that Zach Wilson is the best player on the field and that BYU can keep Boise State honest by running the ball adequately with Alleghier then I think the Cougars are the right side.
A big win (14+) and BYU will continue to gain traction for the College Football playoff.

E. EMezie (NC State) Over 69.5 receiving yds (1.8 Units)
D. Milne (BYU) Over 6.5 receptions (3.0 Units)
Z. Wilson Over 327.5 passing yds (2.4 Units)
