Don't mind a bit. This game means a ton to this Baylor squad, the fanbase and Rhule. I have no qualms about them quitting or not showing up.

Secondly Baylor still has a lot of athleticism on the field. Brewer is a good QB and I look at Vandy's rushing defense the last few games. Against Power 5 teams they gave up Over 200 rushing yards in 7 of the 9 contests. Baylor will be able to run.

In Baylor's last 3 games against Iowa State, TCU and Texas Tech their defense gave up 355, 311 and 347 total yards respectively. Those are all better/similar quality offenses to Vandy. And I'm getting over a FG. Enough for a big play and I like Baylor to win straight up.

Those are straight up wins for the Big 12 and I think there is an outside shot the conference can go 5-2.
 
Aside from OU and Texas, I see Okie Lite and WestVirginia. TCU and Baylor have already won. What team ami missing?

Camping World Bowl: I think the left tackle being out is completely overblown. WVU has played without him at times this year and saw no significant change in sacks allowed or completion pct. Allison is obviously the wild card but I think this will also allow the WVU RB's to get a bit more involved. WVU offense as a whole is very good and I think the propensity to pass with Grier has actually been to their detriment at times this year.

Alamo Bowl: From what I have seen I suspect that Iowa State will out number the Washington State fans nearly 40:1. I wouldn't be shocked if Iowa State has over 35,00 fans in the Alamo Bowl Dome tonight. All that being said Washington State is a very good team but their offense has been very pedestrian in their three most recent bowl games. I think WSU, their fanbase and Leech are publicly disappointed about this spot and felt they deserve a New Year's 6 bowl. I don't necessarily disagree on that point by the way. Minshew will get his points but I think Iowa State has better athletes at most of the skill positions. Hakeem Butler is a different beast and I suspect that WSU will have some trouble containing him. Overall these teams are almost equal. One is extremely excited to be in San Antonio as it is the best bowl Iowa State has been to in 45 years....the other believes it should be playing in the Fiesta Bowl or Peach Bowl. This smells of homerism so buyer beware but I like the spot a ton for Iowa State. Similar to the Baylor spot this games just means more to Iowa State.
