Sadly legally it makes the most sense to run but the court of public opinion won't be so lenient until he catches a game winning TD.

There are black holes everywhere, he'll probably get a ticket and maybe, if they can prove he was driving, a felony conviction on leaving the scene where someone was hurt. Glad noboby died.

They offer racing a few laps or whatever at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. He could have easily rented it out for him and his boys if he really needed to race his Vette.
