Post I made at Bright Side of the Sun

Not all those who wander are lost
[h=2][/h] Its not obvious to me why people are talking about the playoffs. Right now the objective is to become respectable and to get a transfusion of guts. I am sure OKC was very sympathetic about our having to play with only 2 healthy point guards tonight, How long did they play with guts and courage stripped of their best players. When the Suns went into Utah b-b and got blown out the future was bleak. When the Suns went into Houston with a big rest edge and Houston minus many good players and got blown out in the first half management should have totally lost patience. Good teams demand high effort from their team.
If people on this team will not play hard in all situations DUMP THEM.

Real interest in Bucks tomorrow.
Based on days rest and after a loss Bucks are automatic
Buck history away on Monday is 2-8 SU but in 2014 3-1-1 ATS

Tuck, I think there is no need to even look for reasons to play the Bucks. This is the dark horse of the East and they been killing the spreads so far... :)
But seriously, looking at how many teams tried to rebuild, I really like Orlando and Bucks projects, way more than I like Sixers, Utah and Boston projects.
I think that a team should be rebuild with good defenders first of all and instant offense is much easier to get in this league and it's easier to teach offense than to teach defense.

As for the Suns, one surprising season, doesn't make team a good one.
You said before that it's not true that Plumley and Len are years away from becoming good centers, but they are. This is a very mediocre team, that has one good player - Bledsoe.

Tuck,

Solid post. . think you make a great point of playing with some guts and heart. team seems to be feeling sorry for itself.....

Will be interesting to see what this team may do with trades.. Drajic has a player option that he will deny and become a free agent..
Green will be a free agent..
I expect them to trade drajic and hand full reins to Bledsoe..... dont know who they could get back.. maybe stephenson - add a little toughness and defense (and some stupidity)..

Disagree with much of what Divol said. I think management screwed up big time with the Suns this year. However it may well be too late to fix their mistakes.
Refs are less than perfect in Portland but hitting that as well when a number. Pounding the Rock estimate is Portland by 7

Going back to the brothers, they were supposed to help with the defense but they do not. Mostly just wander around trying to get shots. Hornachex sees this crazy stuff and nothing happens. Its sad but the teams I like play hard with a selfless ethic and the Suns do not.
Hornachex should have come down hard on them a long time ago.
Just really terrible management.
agree completely about Orlando. Have cashed 5 straight with them.

Tuck, Suns have 4 good defenders - Bledsoe, Tucker, Plumlee and I believe Green as well.

They also have 2 absolutely horrible defenders - Thomas and Dragic.

Toliver and Len I believe pretty bad defenders.

I don't get Morris brothers. They got all the skills needed to be good defenders, but I have yet to witness them being able to shut down decent rival. I think they too much offense oriented. They don't help on boards many times and they just remind me of Kevin Love - not that interested in actually stopping their rival...

Hit Bucks plus 5 last night. Hit them plus 4.5 at a local casino this morning. Hit Portland minus 5.5 as well.
I going to talk briefly about what i have seen with the Suns centers. Len has been developing quickly and most of the Suns fans think he is better than Plumlee. He will be at some point. Plumlee however is along with Tucker actually making plays and has been very useful. The Suns problems are Not with their centers. They simply have no leaders and continue to allow stupidity..

This is absolutely true.
