I took DeChambeau +800 Now at DraftKings. I think it is going to come down to him and Scheffler, and Scheffler is going to be hard to beat. I went for the odds.

I took Rory at beginning the round. Just 20 bucks paid right around 500, couldn’t resist. I was feeling pretty good til he just had his 1st bogey of day, he driving it way better today and should make cut easily at the very least. he down to +1000 now which less than half of what I got down at so regardless I feel good bout it, it be cool to wake up and see he was in the last 3 groups on Sunday!
 
Of course as I say that Rory goes and bogies b2b holes. Mfer. I was telling myself all round if he could get to -2 after this round I’d feel great with the price I got. He was down to +1000 before that and shot back up to +1850.

I was super close to playing your guy DeChambeau this morning also, kicking myself I passed as I think he was around +1200 when I was considering him. He right at the score i was hoping to see Rory finish with, he better get back to even at the very least on these next 2 holes! If he flirting with cut im gonna be mad about me $20! Lol.

I had Rory when he won the Masters. He really tried hard to choke that away. I was screaming every time he missed those 3 footers and 4 footers at the end. But he came through. I thought he would roll in Golf this year after he got that monkey off his back. GL Bank
 
Now im like “if Rory can just be even par” lol. He ain’t gonna chase down the entire field from that with Scotty S moving into top 10. -2 had such a better ring to it. He was playing great till those b2b bogies.

I’d def would trade out and take your guy this morning if I had to do it over, even if I had to bet $40 to win bout same amount. All I really want a reason to watch on Sunday so hopefully Rory finishes this round out strong. Starting to think Scotty S is gonna win it but wasnt any chance I was taking him
At +300 or whatever it was.
 
Scotty is hard to beat, Bank. I think we both know that. We are just trying to get a price. There is nothing wrong with that. I did almost throw Rory in though today. I owed him a few shots after the Masters. LOL

That’s funny cause I was super close to playing Deachambeau also. After the 1st round felt like there was lot of value all over the board since most the top players didn’t do all that well round one and the leaderboard was full of dudes I didn’t think could win! The pga has been a major where we see a lot of come from back day 1 to win unlike the masters that pretty front runner/close to lead after round 1 wins it. Far as Scott S Tiger in his heyday the only golfer I’d ever consider some bull shit odds like that and I knew I was getting ripped off every time I bet him but couldn’t help it! For awhile it didn’t matter, it was after his hot stretch of years and many injuries where I gave a lot back still betting Tiger at bs odds.

That damn Tiger video game had me hooked, I never really cared bout golf til that, I even tried to learn how to play that stuck up sport but after a summer of really trying and still sucking so so bad I was done, gave me a massive amount of respect for these guys but nothing about that game suits my personality. I’m loud, aggressive, what I lack in other sports I make up for with physicality and aggression, that shit your enemy on the golf course!

Anyways I hope Scotty S slows down and one of us cash!
 
I know what you mean Scotty S is or can be Tiger back in the day. Really all Tiger had to worry about mostly was Phil. And Phil took a lot of my money. LOL. I used to love playing golf but I played every sport there was back in the day. Football, Bases and Basketball. I was the number 3 man on our High School golf team. 4 guys played every week. I was pretty good but not great. My cousin, was number 1 tried out for the tour, got his card but didn't do any good. He is 6 months younger than me. But he spent his whole life as a teaching pro at country clubs. He met and had a blast with a lot of good people. I meet a lot of Browns through him. Ozzie Newsome, Johnny Davis, Eddie Johnson. A lot of Browns. Us 2 crazy Italians me and my Cousin had a ball. Later, on my own I met Joe Charboneau. I have pictures of me and him. I met Lenny Barker through Joe. I have a lot of autographs of a lot of Indians. My cousin had it made though. Ozzie took him and paid for everything to the Alabama reunion. he said this is nuts I am with Stabler and Namath all of them when he was younger. He has a great life from golf. He is still a teaching pro at 76 years old. enough rambling by me . I had a ball in my life too.

GL tomorrow to you too. I hope our guys at least make it interesting on Sun.

I always been pretty good at every sport, even pretty decent at tennis outside not a great server. Golf is just the opposite of every other sport, raw emotion and aggression doesn’t pay off like it does with most sports and my frustration level grows very quickly! All my friends play and after that summer I decided fuck them I rather find something else to do than sweat my nuts off in stl humidity getting pissed off I can’t hit a little ball straight to save my life! My eyesight being as crappy it is I could hardly even follow the fucking ball after I hit it, I rather go bowling, power and aggression pay off and nobody cares if you obnoxious and loud at bowling alley which I’ve been told I can be at times! Honestly swinging a golf club the way I thought it should look never felt natural, after 3 months of trying really hard and probably being worse than I started that was enough for me. Lol.

I can bull shit w you for hours my man, I’m sure you did a lot of stuff in all your old ass years!!! lol.

That another thing, maybe if I lived somewhere w awesome weather I’d have tried to get golf lessons or something but again unlike all the other sports I play where it natural to sweat your nuts off when you playing there is nothing fun or relaxing to me about being out there in the heat covered in sweat pissed off while it supposed to be relaxing!! Give me a jet ski and lake if I’m going outside. They can have the golf course. Oh and you have any idea how soft those greens are?? I do the 1st time i buried a putter 4 foot deep into one after missing a putt! The friend I was with was horrified, he like “bro cover that shit up and let’s go, you have any idea how much these greens cost”, lol.

I did that only once in my life. LOL, those putters go in there real easy. My temper hurt my golf game too. One quick story. my golf coach liked my cousin and me a lot. during practice rounds he let us smoke and shit. We would go pretend like we hit one in the woods. We were playing this uppity school, these kids had memberships to country clubs at 14 probably. My coach hated this coach and his team big rivalry. He said this week we are reversing the order. He put my cousin at #4 man. he looks at me and says we can't put our Real #4 man against their number #1 so you are it. I said thanks Coach so I am the Sacrificial lamb. Going into 18th I am 3 behind and this ass hole looks at me and says, you always shoot this bad. I am shooting the round of my life at this fancy private club. I chip on, get the par. He is about 6 feet off the green, with ten feet of green and he is lining up like this is going in. (Speaking of putters). I said to my coach, If he makes this, I am going to wrap the putter around his fucking neck. he drained it. He says nice round. I didn't even answer the kid. My cousin comes up in the last group, I put my arms up and said well? He lost to their #4 man. The 4 of them shot 34,35,36,36. I told my coach I am glad I am graduating. My coach was a great guy. He drops over to my girlfriends house, beeps the horn, her mother says there is a guy in a corvette conv out front. She looks at me says your golf coach is outside. He said I need you to do me a favor. We are taking your car. I take it I know this person. Well, I have 57 Chevy painted canary yellow, you don't think they will know my car. This was in 1967. LOL I could write a book.

Turns out even when I win a nba bet (Knicks) lose 2 props as I’m assuming once again in yet another trash blowout my guys on Knicks are not gonna be playing in 4th or not caring bout scoring all that much if they up 40!! The nba is so awful!

I'll just say he wanted to check up on someone. LOL. There was a car in a driveway, I think it was a woman's driveway he knew or was seeing. There was a lot of trust with me and my cousin and him.

All damn playoffs every prop I bet I’m one basket, board, or assist away from cashing and they sit the entire 4th cause these fucking blowouts! It driving me fucking nuts! There should not be 30-40 point blowouts so often, if ever in the second round the playoffs!!

The nba product has went to shit thanks to these fucking analytics telling them to shoot 50 threes a game! Pretty much a make or miss game and that is all. Half these teams have no other ability to score they just keep jacking up 3s, sometimes they start falling and we see 20 point comebacks, if not they losing by 30. It’s stupid.
 
Damn. I just checked the pga scoreboard. When I left the house for dinner Rory had just went b2b birdies after the b2b bogies to be at -1 with 4 or so holes to play. Somehow he ended up +1 so he gave 2 more shots back last 3-4 holes. That pretty much takes him out of contention, put him way closer to cut line than having a chance to win. I don’t think he can possibly go low enough on Saturday to have a chance Sunday. If I’m trying to take a nap on Sunday I’ll be rooting for you to cash with DeChambaeu!!
 
Rory choked a couple of putts away late. Scotty blew a 3-footer on 17. I needed that to happen so DeChambeau to have a chance at this. Thanks for the good GL wishes Bank. I am probably going to all the help I can get!

Rahm and dechambeau the only 2 other than Scotty S I like. I put a few bucks on Rahm this morning cause he had similar odds to where I played Rory before Friday, I was late to play DeChambeau and lost the good number. Other than putting Rahm looked as good as anyone I watched yesterday so if he can get hot with the short stick I think there a better chance than where he was priced, looks like he came out strong hopefully he keeps it up.

He really been striking it well, just not hitting putts. think he caught a break being on the side of the groups that got to go out 1st and didn’t get pushed back in the day where the wind likely to pick up.
 
It be cool if both our guys were in the last group 2marro!! Both playing great, unfortunately Scotty S is a huge problem for us both.. lol
