Run game for Pats won't be enough to overcome what the Broncos will produce at home. Look for Denver to play 60 minutes on defense for the AFC championship. This time, the Pats won't make a comeback like they did at home earlier in the season.



Seattle -3 10units

San Fran looks good, but covering and winning 4 straight road games is difficult to say the least. Not impressed with Seahawks on offense but the defense is superior, as they haven't allowed more than 20 points in forever. Expect Niners to falter in the turnover category which will help this one go over.

Can see your point but don't forget that Denver also had 3 lost fumbles as well. Here is what my point is. Brady and the Pats have struggled on road games all season. They were beat by Miami 20-24, Carolina 20-24, the Jets 27-30 and even lost to Cincy by 7 and only scored six (6) points!
In other road games they only won by 3, over broken Houston, by 7 over broken Atlanta, by 2 over the Bills! If anyone dares to use the win over Baltimore by 41-7 then that win will radically misguide a play on NE today in Denver. The Ravens also had -4 turnovers and basically quit. More so - the Pats had a pk6 and a fumble recovery in the end zone. Even more revealing is the fact that Brady only had 176 yds passing and the run game was a little better at 142 yds (4,2avg) in that game. Even though Balt lost, they out gained the Pats by 56 total yards. If you look collectively at the road games then you could only find logic that the Pats are road dogs and rightfully so. But because the fact that Brady is highly regarded, this line is small for a team that was only 4-4 in road games this year.

The late season improvement in the Pats run game is really all they have to account for their last few wins. Today, running the ball, wont get the win for NE and Brady will find that the Denver defense plays its best game of the year today.
