I like Philly 2-0 +290. I just don’t think we can hit wheeler or Nola. Maybe they can get one them out the game early enough and get to Philly pen? If cards do manage to get a split in 1st 2 games I think they would prob win game 3 as Phillies don’t have anyone who worries me after the top 2. I guess I better make sure they going wheeler then Nola and not saving Nola for a potential game 3? That might be a smart move Assuming wheeler wins gm1 which I’m pretty confident he will. Damn, I just thought of that.

I simply can't use starting pitchers as my barometer in the post season
It takes a lot of categories to win, not just starters....they're a piece is how I look at it.

When they capable of going 7/8 innings and totally shutting down the opposing lineup they a much bigger piece than the rest. I really don’t think cards have a starter than can get thru 5-6 innings without allowing a few runs vs Phillies, Quintana pretty much been our most consistent guy. I don’t even know who cards gonna roll wit gm1?
They can’t go waino as he has something really wrong all a sudden, at 1st they said dead arm but I heard him do a interview after they clinched and he claimed the arm was fine and thinks it was a mechanical issue he been working on, then he went back out and got tagged by pirates garbage lineup! Montgomery has turned back into the guy yanks traded cause they didn’t tust him in playoffs. Phillies .770 ops vs lhp, they gonna get 2-4 runs off him. Quintana prob go 5 giving up 2. Mikolas has to be the 1. He can keep it a 2-1 type game thru 6 innings, if cards can take good enough AB’s to get wheeler out after 6 innings tops and Mikolas keeps it close maybe they got shot. Pen and experience but if wheeler alllwed to cruise he could find himself in the 8th inning and it lights out in gm1!!
Game 2 Phillies gonna score 3-4 runs. Don’t see cards getting that unless they get Nola out early!?? This thing just screams Philly 2-0 as I cringe hearing all the belief from the homer radio guys and the whole city. I’ll hang my hat on the fact I think I have shown to be really damn good on cards most ths year. I’m playing the Phillies 2-0 +290, too much value not to imo! if cards can force a 3rx then I do like their chances. Just think +290 a insane price wjen I don’t think cards gonna hit either those starters and while Phillies lineup maybe not been great either they match up way better vs cards pitchers.
Crazy value on them to close it out in 2!! 150 to 435 a really good bet imo. If I lose that with a cards spit I’ll happily pound the cards Sunday to recoup that loss as Phillies don’t have a 3rd starter I think can hold cards down and if they go to the pen early it should be huge edge in game 3 against the team who been here lots of times!
