Paging Brewers and Scarf...

There is a good chance that both Stefanski and Harbaugh are both available this offseason so there is absolutely no excuse for this loser to keep his job.

Just telling the truth about a joke of a coach and a disgusting human being as well.
so you are saying he's a bad guy. that is the theme i am getting from your posts LOL

how did Detroit and the NYJ both miss this in the interviews for those respective roles he was in / is in?

their vetting process sucks.

Woody is a moron that would be sleeping under a bridge somewhere if he didn't inherit billions.

As for Glenn only someone classless would have Rodgers fly across the country to meet with him for 20 seconds to tell him he wasn't wanted. From that day on I suspended being a fan of the team until he's fired and have enjoyed watching him fail miserably.

I really want to hear @scarf31 chime in on this loser coach.
You notice how I haven’t been very vocal about this team this year? Well let me tell you why…

From the second they decided to hit their 3rd consecutive former DC/1st time HC, I literally ignored every single thing about this organization. I didn’t read anything preseason, I didn’t watch the draft or even know who they drafted, refused to watch the preseason…I wouldn’t even look at their schedule this season until after Labor Day. It was 100% doomed for failure from second 1 after hiring this loser.

I was so disinterested in this organization because their LITERALLY for THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW SEE THE PATH OF FAILURE AND CONTINUE TO FOLLOW IT.

Fuck them. They are the worst franchise in sports and it’s not even close. The fact they are keeping a defensive coach that saw the defense get progressively worse was not only par for the course, 100% expected.

So here’s what going to happen next. They’ll go 3-14…trade up to get a QB, maybe the number 1 pick…and then have him tutored by a 1st time OC with no clue and provide him with no veteran leadership to show him the ropes.

But having a HC that has no ability to add anything to a potential franchise QB is only the icing on the cake. There isn’t even a doubt in my mind they’ll fuck this up.

Now Mendoza is likely the #1 pick in this draft. I can see them failing to get to #1, then forcing a pick for maybe Donte Moore, who I will forever think of as the QB that was a colossal failure at UCLA throwing some of the worst interceptions I’ve ever seen. He’s a system QB at Oregon and he’s nowhere better than the last 4 in that system.

But you know my favorite stat? The zero interceptions one sounds imaginary. BUT AARON GLENN HAS NOT WON A GAME VS A TEAM THAT HAD ITS STARTING QB.

They beat 2 fossils in Flacco and Cousins and a rookie (from that same Oregon program), who should be serving fries at Wendy’s more than pretending to be an NFL quarterback.

So I will continue to going back to ignoring everything about this franchise up until draft night…and if they take anyone other than Mendoza (if they can get there), then I’ll start to have an uptick in belief of this franchise and its direction from 0% to 1%.

The owner is a clueless, ignorant dweeb. The head coach can’t even coach his side of the ball, yet alone the other side of the ball. And after 15 years of this ineptitude, they don’t deserve any more of my attention than the time it’s taken me to type this post.

Bottom line. They’ll fuck it up per usual. For nearly everything.

I actually heard rumors a few weeks back they were considering trying to get Mac Jones. JFC are we serious right now?

Wake me up on draft night 1, if I see they draft Mendoza, then I’ll at least have a thimble full of some hope. Other than that, I’m going back into hibernation. Not going to waste another second of energy on this mess.

Now that is a brilliant post.

The Jets are going to wind up with either Dante Moore or Ty Simpson and its going to be another disaster before Glenn gets fired and is replaced by yet another defensive coordinator or Arthur Smith. There is absolutely no hope for this organization.

Are they both coming out? Honestly think both be better served staying in school another year. If jets draft either those guys their only chance for success be the Sam darnold route. Mendoza the only one I think have a fighting chance of success w these clowns. Do jets move ahead of the team who loses the #1 pick bowl this weekend? (No clue how the tiebreaks work). I could see giants doing something stupid like not drafting a qb and trading out.

Well Giants aren't going to draft a QB with Dart there and none of this class is better than him anyway. Mendoza, Moore, Simpson expected to go in the 1st round as of now so doubt they go back with all that guarantee to lose. Been seeing Mendoza/Moore as top 4 picks, think Moore might be the better pocket passer but neither are off the charts when you put them in the NFL from what I see. Both thrive off superior line/protection play. Saw a projection of Simpson to the Steelers around #20 which would just seem about right lol...considering I was positive they'd take the Bama guy last year. Monroe or Milroe or the likes. Not even sure where he landed.

I would take Mendoza if I was giants. He wasn’t getting protection at cal and still put up really good numbers. Think he pretty close to can’t miss, not sure he be a superstar but he big, strong, accurate, for sure a franchise guy you can win with. Dart is an injury waiting to happen.

No way they take a QB in the first round after last year's first rounder has exceeded expectations. That would be the definition of becoming the Jets.

Mendoza you think is a sure thing? I think he's far, far from that. Luxury of playing for Cignetti and that system has been great, at Cal they never faced much defense at all in the ACC. I'll be pissed if the Cards take any of them honestly. Try for a flier in the 3/4 rounds and let them learn under whoever they get as a FA or under Brissett again. Kyler be gone.

I just don’t see the downside with Mendoza. Nothing against dart but I’d be shocked if he ever played an entire season. Outside of Mendoza I agree I wouldn’t feel great bout any the others in 1st. I think Moore could go either way, pretty sure he talented enough but doubt he does well unless he gets a good situation. Really think Simpson should stay in school.

First round grade on Simpson means what, 4 years guaranteed? Can't pass that up at that position. Moore and Mendoza both need pockets which means good OLs...and neither will get them with the teams they're going to. NYG took Dart in the first round last year, you don't go for another QB this year. You got your guy and he hasn't sucked.

Mendoza and Moore are splitting hairs for me. Both depend on situation. Moore I like better in the pocket but does he ever get one? Same with Mendoza really, does he actually get one? There isn't much separating those two but I sure as hell wouldn't mortgage anything on either. There will be someone later that hits in the right situation.

Jets are out of the running for the number one pick and its all due to some guy named Chris Banjo the special teams coach who has done an incredible job and needs to be replaced so they can go 0-17 next season.

The tiebreaker is strength of schedule and the raiders will not win again so Mendoza is theirs while the Jets will pick some trash QB or throw away draft picks on Mac Jones which is equally as stupid.

I'd be happy with Mendoza or Dart but if Josh Allen was traded to the Jets tomorrow he would forget how to play QB as long as the dumbest person to ever coach in the league is still there.

Mendoza is the only QB I'd have any interest in and would just hope he's strong enough mentally to handle a lost season with Glenn before he's fired.

I don't want any of them. Prefer Moore I guess if I have to have one but I like his pocket presence more than Mendoza which is supposed to be important but with a shit team it likely doesn't matter.

I think Mendoza can be successful with the right team and Moore will be a huge bust wherever he goes. If Woody is too much of a dumbass to fire Glenn he should be stuck with Fields his handpicked QB until he's fired. The last thing this team needs is this guy picking the next QB when everything he has done has been wrong.

Not that I am so hung up on DVOA but the Jets cumulative offensive and defensive DVOA numbers combined are one of the worst in history. On the other hand the special teams is historically good and this team would have accomplished the all elusive 0-17 season without the special teams which is why I want that coach to go somewhere else.
