*I think we're starting to see the Lakers offense we all thought we would without Kobe (45% shooting the first game against LAC, 39% and 36% the last two against GS and SA). As for the Hawks, relatively good defensive team (Horford should be able to neutralize Gasol) and, for totals purposes, not really a team that pushes the pace, so that takes away a few potential possessions from the Lakers as well. Let's keep our fingers crossed...

I'm starting to remember why I usually don't touch teams like the Hawks, Suns, Pistons, Mavs, etc... So wildly inconsistent makes them frustrating to watch.

*Not sure what to make of the Warriors game just yet, but that Grizzlies total just seems absurd (then again, I thought the same thing about the Lakers total last night and, well, that didn't turn out so hot...) Just the amount of time lost every time they throw the ball down low to either Randolph or Gasol means they'd have to shoot the ball at a ridiculous rate and, as bad as the Celtics have been to start the season, their defensive numbers aren't so bad that they can't contain a very average Memphis offense.

Of course, now that I've said all that, watch the Grizzlies put up 63 in the 1H... : )
